The Magic Chair for 2017?

According to Psyco-Cybernetics we each have a success seeking mechanism, referred to as the servo-mechanism.
The unhappy. unsuccessful, failure types cannot develop a new self image by will power alone or just deciding to. There must be some grounds for changing the self image, from the old unsuccessful image to a new successful image. You can't just imagine a new self image unless you feel it is based on truth.
To change our servo-mechanism and our lives try the following experiment with me for the next 21 days. Make a list of targets you would like to achieve. They could be 1.) I am a person free of constant worry, 2.) I am a confident person, 3.) I am a persuasive person, 4.) people buy my program without resistance, 5) technology does not frighten me. Take 15 minutes every day to visualize that mental picture, taking it from a vague idea, a good sketch, to a finely detailed video in the "Theater of your mind".

Thank you John. Good Suggestions..
I have not been constant with my meditation practices, for the past three to four months. This is something I have to work on.
Thanks again.
