Why You Should Be Grateful
I am for one very grateful for tech support at Wealthy Affiliate. They just helped me solve an issue I was having with getting Bing and Google to accept my sitemap. Without them I would still be lost.
Let this be a lesson to old and new members alike. Whenever you run into any problems our tech support team at Wealthy Affiliate is here to help us get it solved quickly so we can get back to doing what is truly important for our online business success, to write.
More than I care to recall I have seen too often members going into chat asking about a
problem with their site only to be redirected to tech support to help solve the issue.
Do you not believe we should on a whole be turning to them more often whenever an issue arises. Unless you have a background in computers and coding its best to turn to the entire crew of tech support here at Wealthy Affiliate.
Kyle and Carson have them here for a reason, please use them.
Patience Of A Saint
Being a novice at coding, they could have very quickly gotten impatient with me as I am certain they deal with things like this on a daily basis.
But no, they demonstrated great patience with me despite it take a day to resolve.
I want to say thank you once again to everyone at WA site support.
The Key To Success Is Hard Work And Determination
The key to being successful in whatever you do in life is hard work and determination.
Tech support not only worked hard to solve the problem I was experiencing they were also determined. There were times I was beginning to believe they might not figure it out because it took a long time to resolve.
They were successful! My issues are now a thing of the past and I can begin once again to enjoy the process of writing, researching and participating fully in our community here at Wealthy Affiliate.
A message to all new members, when in a tech issues with your website arise do not wait to ask for help. They are all very friendly and only want to help solve your problem or issue you are experiencing.
Thank you once again tech support! You are my life saver.

I absolutely agree with you 100%. In my past careers I have had to deal with on line support of many vendors and they fall way behind the level of service we get here. I have had some (to me) tricky issues and I am amazed at the low turn round time and so far I have not come across anything they have not been able to solve yet. A big thank you to all at Site Support may not really be enough but it’s the best we can do (I think). What a team we are at WA!
In my first month at WA I asked for tech support help so much and they responded so fast. Great crew here working 24/7 to assist us with our technical issues.
