If you own a premium domain, you can.

Websites top menu > Site manager > Site Email

Hi - have you built a website on it?

As far as I am aware, you can't have an email address here for a domain only.

How do I create a mailbox for thepetcpa domain, if it is not option is not available?

How do I direct trafic from a domain I just got to and existing page/domain name?

If your existing website is getting consistent traffic, there's no need to redirect it. You could move the hosting of that website to WA so that it's hosted here, which would probably save you money, but that's a personal decision. Many members do that because the hosting package included with your premium membership is a GREAT one, comparable to $250-$300/month hosting elsewhere with all the security, speed, and support.

But back to your original question, it's not necessary to move an existing website to a new domain. Now, if you did want to move it a simple redirect would suffice. So that anyone typing in the new domain url would land on the existing website.

Hey J,

There are a few different methods for redirecting from one domain to another. It would depend on your comfort level as to which method you would choose.

Searching your question in Google and reading through some of the posts and watching a few videos, you should be able to determine which step would be easiest for you. See 1st screen print below...

Redirecting from one domain page to another domain page could be done with a plugin if the domain you are redirecting FROM is using WordPress. If not, then Google searching that option too, will provide you with different options. See 2nd screen print below...

For examples of WordPress plugins to redirect from one web page to anther... see 3rd screen print below...

Hope you find this helpful.

Use the 'move' button in site manager through the websites tab up top.

My Harvesterseeds.org site needs to be split into 2 sites. One for the non-profit portion and another for the Harvester Pens online store. SInce alot of time and work was put i

Hi J, when you create your new site, I would do a cut and paste as so as not to duplicate any of the content. Each site serving a different but similar purpose.

All the paste,
Michael

Hey J,

The following video may provide you with the help you seek: Do remember to add a redirect from the ORIGINAL URL to the NEW URL so that Google will be happier with BOTH sites.

Hope you find this helpful.

Yes, I would do as Jeff said.

I would just save all the content for the nonprofit portion and paste it into a new site! (if that is possible)

Hi,

A clone no as you do not want to end up in duplicate content.

You can back up site using AIO WP Migrations or Updraft plugins. UpdraftPlus is a premium and highly recommended,

Hi jmh14

I was in the same situation a few days ago. My website was hosted on namecheap and I also bought my domain there.

I just asked the WA (by raising a ticket) site support team to migrate the websites from my web hosting to WA.
They will ask you your website backoffice login and password to copy your website database from your actual hosting to WA. Then you will have to point your domain's nameservers to WA.
It looks a bit complicated but believe me WA site support will execute the task smoothly and quickly.

Cheers!

Thanks!
