Transformed Life - The Result of Discipline and Dreams

In his book titled "The Simple Dollar - How a Man Wiped Out His Debts and Achieve the Life of His Dreams", author Trent Hamm explains how his life was transformed by being discipline with money and being true to his dreams.

On one of the chapters in this book titled "Life Designs - Building Something New", he explains five simple steps on how to get people started on their journey to their new life. I believe this five steps are applicable and critical to what the Wealthy Affiliate community does day in and day out. Here they are:

1. Get your foundation in order - this point is about understanding why you make the decisions you make and using that knowledge to control the way you act. Being careful and calculated with the decisions you make while working towards your success at Wealthy Affiliate, will pay big dividends. Be mindful of your decision-making process and continue to do what helps, eliminating what does not.
2. Know what you want - you are the only one that knows the dreams planted in your heart. Only you can push through to achieve those dreams. Use the support of the positive people around you and stay away from the negative people.
3. Envision the worst-case scenario - by envisioning the worst case scenario in your journey, it makes it much simpler to deal with the situation if it becomes reality.
4. Look at the personal rules you used to govern your life - there are many of them - evaluate all your habits. By eliminating negative impacting habits, one can feel refresh and eliminated mental and physical barriers in our lives.
5. Associate with people who are attempting audacious goals in their own life - relate to people within Wealthy Affiliate's Community. They will inspire you, you will inspire them and stronger relationships will form.

We can use some or all of these steps at any given time on our journey. More importantly, remember you are not alone. Be disciplined and be true to your dreams. The Wealthy Affiliate community is here to support you throughout the process.
