Are You Ready for Next Week?

This is a short note to encourage you to prepare for next week. The world is waiting for your idea and is willing to pay for it. Let's make sure to take the next steps to accomplish our goals. Remember, if you learn something along the way, capture it and share it!!

Do not spend too much time on a plan. Just follow these simple 5 steps:

  1. Think about and write what you are trying to accomplish during the following week. Do not worry about the size, small goals, middle size goals or large goals.
  2. Under each goal, capture the tasks you believe are required in order to achieve the goal. Make sure to add everything you can think of, regardless of how many line items come to mind. Think of 1 to 3 rewards you will give yourself for completing these tasks. 1 gift for completing 25%, 50%, etc., with the ultimate price for completing all tasks. Remember to challenge yourself.
  3. Start crossing off all the completed items. Do not concern yourselves with trying to finish all the tasks on the list. Just make sure you are waking up every day with your mind set on doing something about the items on the list. Then, just do it.
  4. At the end of the week, transpose the remaining items to a new list and go to step #1 above. Write a couple of sentences about what you learned during that week.
  5. Congratulate yourself for having the plan for the following week.

Particularly like Point # 1. Planning shouldn't end up consuming time that should be used for implementation.

Thank you for sharing this.

Completely agree. Use your time to create or develop, then cross off the task in your plan associated with it. You now have one more step completed towards your business goal.

I love this. I always make a list the night before. I make sure to write down the difficult things I don't like to do first. I make sure I complete it and go just go down the list. I'm new to WA, and I want to make sure I watch all trainings available to me before I get started with website and etc....

That is a great way to plan JoanneSantos.
