Depends on your local laws. I'd check your condo association by-laws. Most of the times, a business is defined as something that would generate traffic to your house. If you're worried about using your address, get a post office box for your official business address.

Are you saying you want video to starts automatically? This is annoying. Better not to do so. But perhaps you want it to appear there as a box. So when you are take it from YouTube, go to Embed and follow instructions. Copy the code and paste it in Text mode.
You can do this differently, through Share option, grab the url and paste in Visual, it will show up the same way as in the first option.

I've narrowed my broad list of niches down to promoting historical fabrics from the 1700s to early 1900s or loose leaf tea, like what you'd find at Teavana, etc. I'm passionate
Hi...... nice to meet you. I really like the loose tea idea. However I am a tea drinker. There are 2 billion people online I'm sure you will have a group of people looking for both. You can always do one later once your initial site is up and running :)
