Hello everyone here in Wealthy Affiliate!

The first day of December, we have awakened to a wonderful (albeit chilly so far) SUNNY day!

The sunrise was amazing and it holds a world of promise for the beginning of the final month of 2021! It was a welcome contrast to the starkness of yesterday's weather as November departed with a ragged gasp!

Of course, Kitty cam in to remind me that I needed to stay on track with my Normal Wealthy Affiliate Community morning routine!

I'm still working on that right now! It gives me just the right "jump-start" for the new day!

While I have been at that, I've also been performing a little more Wealthy Affiliate research too!

This is another staple of my day, no matter how much or how little, it is something that I compel myself to do!

Good old Frank called a while ago, and it's possible that I will be meeting him and Tommy over at a property that Frank sold that has now gotten foreclosed on! We shall see what transpires!

About an hour later, I was enjoying a beer and lunch from KFC with Frank and Tommy!

Then we had to go see about getting the people evicted from his property!

The drive over there was nice enough, and when we got there, there was not much we could do!

When the people finally showed up, after a lot of hemming and hawing, we reached a tentative agreement! I'm doubtful that it will work out though! I'll keep everyone posted though!

Then it was back to Frank's place!

The drive over there was equally pleasant!

A lot of what I had planned to do was derailed in an instant, but this was a welcome distraction by my two old friends!

We talked politics, argued, laughed and drank! A fun time was had by all!

Ah, and look, Samantha even sent me two pictures--one of Shadow the Blog Dog.
The other was of his sister, Star the Blog Dog!

They seem to be enjoying the sunny day too!

Here is also another archival picture of Tig-Tig, just doing her thing!

Now, after the long visit, I am finally back home, and believe me, I could have used many more images of how this unplanned day progressed, I decided that the first order of business would be to get this blog post published!

I will spend the rest of the evening working to catch up again on the computer, and possibly doing a little more cleanup downstairs!

I just know that it was very nice to see Frank out and about! Those times are too few far and between!

I HOPE THAT EVERYONES' HUMP DAY WAS INCREDIBLE! I KNOW THAT MINE WAS!

REMEMBER THERE IS STILL TIME TO TAKE THIS INCREDIBLE DEAL WHICH WILL CHANGE YOUR LIFE!

... uhm ... could use some really tasty food ...

truthfully -- very, very slow going today ...

i think i need to be in a place where there's natural sun for most of the day ...

like the Southern Hemisphere is enjoying right now!

the bears have it perfectly right to 'hibernate!' ... chuckles!

Can't remember the last time I had a KFC actually as well..πŸ€”

I wonder if they have added a nice chicken 'ribeye salad' to their menu since I last frequented one of their establishments!

It is Thursday though, and not long before another Frisatsu starts again here..

All the best to you as well my dear friend, I hope that your day is going well..πŸ€—

πŸ€” I've never heard of a chicken Ribeye, Nick! πŸ”πŸ₯©

Jeffoi

Make sure it's a book on Ribeye recipes, Keishaoi! 😳πŸ₯©

I've not come across a 'chicken ribeye' before either my friend, but the Colonel was known for his innovative ways!🀣

Keisha.. I love most types of food from all corners of the planet..

As long as it's not too spicy I will try most things ,( spiders excluded).!!

..... 🍺🍺🍺🌼 ..... enjoy !!!

Happy December!
November was one tough month.
Frank and Tommy and KFC! That's the ticket.
Trying to evict is never fun.
I had to go to my condo and threaten to be roommates if they didn't leave by the time I made it back to Michigan. I was armed! ...With a power drill, half expecting to have to drill through new locks, if necessary.
I also had a friend on call to back me up, but I guess they knew I meant business, as there was no lease and just a month to month commitment for 6 months. It took 2 for them to to renege on their payments and turn my sweet condo into a heroine dealing house.
Cost to repair the damages, far exceeded to payments I got.
Long, not fun, experience.
Good luck with this Frank;)
Good to see your Blog pals! Maybe Stephanie will send you a Tig-Tig, soon, Bro.
Long day, and just got in, so not hanging out much tonight.
Tomorrow is another day of WA site work, with no other commitments! Yea!!
Later, Friend!
Sista B

Happy December, Sis!

I hope your condo situation is settled now! What you describe is how I felt in the early 2000s when most renters trashed my 27 trailers and several never paid, just squatted!

I endured this for three years, and thankfully, I managed to get out of it all with just under $20K in losses! Lesson learned!

I hope Samantha comes up with a Tig-Tig picture too, but I'm beginning to suspect that something might be "rotten in Denmark"!

Those long days are happening for many of us, it seems! We'll see you here at the pub when you can be! Take care and don't work too hard!

Brudda

We'll stop by for a round tomorrow, Bro, hang out longer.
Phone's about dead, and I'm wiped too.
Have a restful night and a beautiful day, tomorrow! New slate to create!
Sis! ;)

Sounds awesome, Sis! Sleep tight! 😴😴

KFC. Yummy. There is one on the other side of the island, but its been a couple of years since I have been able to eat there, Jeff. Poor Mango Mel. haha

Thursday is still looking good. We had some rain, but I'll take that over snow any day. :-)

Mel

Sounds like a good day. Hope the deal works out - yet they seldom ever do.

Part of my former life in property management and also as an investor myself involved evictions. If we ever got to the point of coming to the door - all negotiations were over and it was time to leave.

Have a great evening!

Best regards,

L.D. Sewell

I know exactly what you mean, LD! Back in the early 2000s, I owned 27 house trailers! It's amazing that I came out of that 3 year business with losses under $20K!

Have a Great evening and a better tomorrow!

Jeff

Touche, LD!
My last stint with eviction, made me sell my property!
...Not worth the mental anguish.
Barb

It's great that you could talk politics and still laugh and have a good time. That's not always so easy right now.

Of course you had KFC to cheer you up, along with a few beers 🍻. We don't have any KFC here, so I'm slightly jealous. We did have a wonderful 66 degree day here though, so I can't complain. I'll just have to fry my own chicken. πŸ—

It was, indeed, Cynthia! We get argumentative, but still manage to laugh and joke with each other!

It was a welcome break from everything that has been on my mind today! Sometimes, we need that release! I think our temps made it to 70 today, and they are supposed to be 77 tomorrow!

Homemade Fried Chicken is usually the absolute best!

Have a pleasant evening and an excellent day tomorrow!

Jeff
