Supremely Satisfying Sunday Sojourns & Siesta!
Hello everyone here in Wealthy Affiliate!
I managed to talk to Monica after I posted yesterday. She called me two times. One was around 5:30 pm, and the other was after 9:30 pm, and I had talked to her until she fell asleep.
I would have slept later this morning too, except that she called me at 6:35 am, and again after a brief visit with her sister across the street at around 8:30 am. WOW! Suddenly, some communication! It's a start anyway.
I must admit that I have had somewhat of a stomach ache today, so I have not been feeling up to doing very much today! Rest was the order for a good chunk of today! Make no mistake, I'm getting things done, albeit a lot slower than usual!
I sat outside while the day was overcast and drank a gallon of water, and also having a few sips of a beer! At Monica's advisement, I forced myself to eat a bowl of cereal before this, but that did not turn out too well.
While I was at the picnic table this morning, I captured a nice image of a squirrel! I also took images of other scenery too!
I certainly enjoyed the relative coolness of the morning. When I went back inside, it was time to feed the Blog Dogs!
They are always ready to eat, it seems! I also went and looked for and found Kitty!
She definitely had the right idea and I joined her for some more sleep, hoping to settle my stomach down a bit!
Finally, around 11:30 am, I performed my normal morning ritual of perusing the Wealthy Affiliate Community!
I am also planning to perform some more Wealthy Affiliate research too, but I'm not sure how that will go!
I know I would love to finish the blog post on my book promo site, but am not sure how motivated I will be on this day.
I talked on the phone with my buddy, Kevin, and then settled back down at the computer. I was working on 2nd quarter sales tax figures for the locksmith business so that I can electronically file them with the state soon. UGH!!!
After that, Sylvester called and I went down and unlocked Sylvester's front door and put a new lock on it for him. I didn't feel like it, but he does a lot for me too!
When I got back from that, I sat out at the picnic table and had another beer. I was feeling a bit better by then!
Now, I am back inside working on this post too. Monica called again from work, but we were only able to talk for a short while that time. It was still nice to hear her voice though.
I've had the motorcycle out once already too, just as short ride to pick up something! I left it out since I plan to go over to the shop house on it later, as I mentioned. At least, that is the plan for right now!
No matter what else happens, I'll also be on the computer some of the night too. I like to try to stay caught up in certain areas.
Now that the sun seems to be a constant presence outside, I'll leave you all with a couple more images of the day!
It sure has turned out to be a beautiful day!
THANKFULLY, MY SUNDAY PORTION OF FRISATSU WAS VERY RELAXING! I WAS GLAD OF THAT FOR SURE! I HOPE THAT EVERYONE ELSE HAD AN EXCELLENT ONE TOO! THE NEW WORK WEEK COMES NEXT! LET'S MAKE IT THE BEST ONE YET!

After the mishap with your stomach in the morning Jeff, it seems like things turned out well!
Take it easy on the Sonic fast food and have a great start to the week my friend!

hello JB.
I haven't been keeping up with the goings on in Kansas for awhile. Good to see everyone is still walking on the top side, and the weather is ok.
Feeling crook is no good, some dark rum should fix that problem. I know people who people swear by it.😎
Anyway, get well and enjoy the coming week JB.
Michael.
Yes, we're all still up top right now, Michael!
I'm glad that I am feeling better, my friend!
I might have to try that rum!
I hope all is well with you!
Keep succeeding!
Jeff😎👍
Glad your day turned out well and that you got a chance to talk to Monica. That's good.
Do you folks not have much Covid in Kansas? We were doing very well here, but in the past -- oh, 3 weeks, maybe, it's really spiked, both here and in Juneau. Suddenly there are a number of cases, even though we are all vaccinated. We still get it, but it apparently is a lot milder if we have the vaccine. I just wish it would go away forever.
It's Mocha's supper-time and he has told me so in no uncertain terms. Guess I'd better feed him.
Thanks, Fran. It is good.
No, not.much at all, they call it the flu here, which is truly what it has always been. We don't have any mandates of any kind.
The vaccines were debuked a while back, and the new "variant" has turned out to be highly contagious, but has been determined to be the newest strain of the flu, which was curiously absent during the pandemic.
Prayers are still.coming your way for all of that, my friend.
Yes, you know how cats are. 😹
Jeff
It seems like a pretty good day, albeit a bit relaxed. But that is good for you.
It seems Monica has her own agenda for talking, and she does like talking to you, so overall it is a bonus.
Enjoy your Sunday evening and have a great start to the week.
Alex
It was, for the most part, Alex! My stomach is behaving now, at least! I hope your day went well, my friend!
Yes, I'm not sure what she wants so I don't call her. She calls me, and I'll answer.
I'm hoping for a pleasant evening, and hopefully an excellent start to the new week! I wish the same for you!

Hope the stomach has settled down. I’ve had a couple of rough days too, thus why you haven’t heard. Anyway back on form and rearing to go after a couple of “bed days”.
Take care my friend, health always comes first. Any way, a bit of vitamin b might help.lol. Then again it may not…
Stevoi.
It has, Stevoi! Sorry to hear about your bad days, my friend! I hope all is better now!
I take one Multivitamin a day, so we shall see!
