Stormy, Satisfying, & Sleepy Sunday!

I slept off and on in the evening because even the news feeds were lackluster too.
There must have been a few times in that period when I was back on the computer, though to now travail!
Finally, I called it quits and just went to sleep, although I did watch a few good movies.
In the end, I did wake up at 6 am and got right up taking care of a few tasks before venturing into the slow news feeds, and then into the Wealthy Affiliate Community,
That helped lift the spirits for a little while, so "mission accomplished"! The forecast for tomorrow, so far, is for severe weather, so I am glad I have done a few tasks which needed to be done before that.
I was still hoping to get an errand to Walmart accomplished, but the weather forecast for today is not that stellar either, although things could change on a dime, but I was not counting on it.
When I had finished that initial foray into the WAC, I ventured outside and captured another couple of images of how the day was going to look like, most likely.
I was not expecting anything better. Temps had been hovering between the 40s and 50s for the most part.
When back inside the house, I decided it was time for the first power nap of the day, and it was a good one.
Kitty was sure ready for it at that time.
It was about an hour later when I caught my late morning Sunday call from a Veteran friend of mine who lives up in Montana. I got up and went back to the computer for a while again.
The weather was still weary at that time too, so we'll see how the rest of the day progressed.
I will then perform a few more tasks here at the house, and then will attempt to head out and do my supply purchases ahead of a Monday that promises some more bad weather.
I grew tired again so went and laid back down for a while, then got some jeans on and decided to get busy with the errands.
What a surprise it was to see that the sun had come out again, and the temps were in the high 60s.
I could not believe it after the dreary day we have had so far.
Therefore, I re-directed to one of the jobs I needed to finish and got it completed. (Above). Since I wasn't too far from the locksmith shop house, I checked the mail over there, as well.
That was the time that Monica finally called this past weekend from work, so I sat over there and talked to her for about 20 minutes. That conversation further got my motivation up too!
Finally, it was time to go to Walmart to get the supplies that I required.
I got over there quickly, and then I was in and out in fairly short order.
Then, it was finally time to head back to the house.
Once home and after unloaded supplies, I was soon back on the computer, and somewhat feeling better.
There is still a lot work to be done putting the latest Frisatsu to bed.
Bad weather might be coming for tomorrow, but then again, with the weather changes one never seems to know these days.
This post should drop within the next hour or so. I'll still be on the computer for a while.
I HOPE THAT EVERYONE HERE HAD A SATISFYING SUNDAY AS ANOTHER FRISATSU IS ON ITS WAY OUT AGAIN. I FEEL BETTER ABOUT THE ENDING TO THIS ONE!

Happy Monday - my Frisatsu was much like yours and pretty good in total.
Today, on the news they said we should wait until the end of May before planting seedlings even though spring is early.
Gulp!
My whole garden has been planted since early April. I have faith!
Your photos of the blog dogs and kitty look very sweet. I always enjoy seeing them.

Doesn't sound like a bad day.
My uncle says we're supposed to have good weather for this week. Hopefully,That way we might get our lawnmowers fixed and our yards mowed and weeded, then get to work on the paying jobs. ;)

I just have to say this: we have cut out lawn 6 times already, and 4 of those cuttings were in April.
I have never lived with such an early spring!

Good for you Corinne.
We hope it will dry out a bit so we can get our mowers fixed, mow our yard, and take care of the 2 jobs we have. :)

It seems that you ended up having a productive Sonday...good for you. My Sunday was busy with training and between it and the weather....i got knocked on my posterior yesterday...slept great last night. I hope today's weather surprises you and it turns out nice.

Wish me luck because I'm southwest of you near Wichita and right in the bullseye for strong tornadoes and very large hail. They're warning my area to be ready and get to safety as this is a VERY dangerous weather situation setting up. A lot of schools around here are already canceling afternoon classes and evening activities because of the threat and police are warning people of what's potentially coming.
I will say a prayer for you.

I made it through ok as the tornado threat really got going east and south of me, but really feel bad for the people of Oklahoma :( Another town completely devastated and one lost their life :(
I was thinking about you, Brian! We got a little hail and heavy rain overnight, and I am glad that you escaped the storms!
