Slow, Soothing Sunday Seemed So Superb & Successful!
Hello everyone here in Wealthy Affiliate!
It was my mother who woke me up today just after 8 am, rather than Monica! I noticed that I had a missed call from Mom at almost 6 pm last night! At that time, of course, I was down for the count.
I talked to Mom for about a half hour, and I was already visiting the Wealthy Affiliate Community, which is an ingrained habit of mine. There is always so much going on there, and we can definitely learn a lot from many of the blog posts of other members here!
Kitty, once again, showed up on time for work too! That is always an added bonus to the start of a new day!
We were chilly again today, but it did not take me long to venture outside to catch a couple of images of this Sunday, including the title image.
We were in the low 30s at this time.
We ended up making it to the mid 40s.
It wasn't too long after this that I got a locksmith job to go unlock a car.
The drive over to the job was quite pleasant!
I was very near the job in this second image. It did not take too long, and I made $55 cash on it--not too bad for a Sunday!
While I was out, I decided to go to the locksmith shop house too!
While I was there, I loaded a few pieces of firewood over there, and also washed some dishes and accomplished a few other tasks too!
I also captured an image of the large lot next to the shop house that I used to own.
There was a guy about a block away who stopped and talked some business with me too. We might be able to help each other out. It always seems that God introduces me to people to where we can mutually help each other. That is what it is all about! After about a 30-minute conversation, we concluded our initial business.
The sun and the clouds did battle with each other all day long. I don't think that either ever completely won out! I eventually left to run a couple of errands too, and then it was on back to the eBay house!
It was not long after that when my buddy, Kevin called me on his way to work for the railroad. We talked for about a half an hour.
Then, at long last, it was time for me to fix me something to eat--a hamburger, of course, and the grease from that was used to cover the food that I fed the Blog Dogs for their main meal of the day!
You all know the result of that--empty bowls in no time. WhiIe they were eating, I unleaded the firewood from the back of the truck, and set it on the front porch!
It won't be long before I get the fireplace going again since we will be dropping in temperature as the evening approaches! I already have most of the wood laid in for the new fire!
The rest of this evening will be spent in the Wealthy Affiliate Community, and also writing. I had just started my Wealthy Affiliate research portion of the day when I got the locksmith job call.
I will resume the writing that I was doing there too. I am also currently listening to the Kansas City Chiefs game! They are losing, but it is close!
ANOTHER FRISATSU IS SOON ENDING, AND SOME OF US ARE ALREADY INTO THE NEW WORK WEEK. THE REST OF US WILL SOON BE JOINING THEM, SO LET'S DO OUR BEST TO HAVE AN EXCELLENT START IN THAT NEW WORK WEEK!

Glad you had a good Sunday. Mine was okay, though a bit fragmented...I did get my post published...also got a haircut a little while ago! Wow, it's been a long time, and I really needed one.

He doesn't care either way. Kathie! In fact, he only has two years to get his ten year mark in, after which, at retirement age he can draw a little railroad retirement! He is planning on starting up his locksmith shop officially then! He is very well stocked to do all sorts of lock work!

My week has started off reasonably well and the PP seems much better after her surgery last week!

I've had to hide most of her favourite toys, so she is not too happy but another week or so and hopefully she will be back to normal!
