Monday Morning Meaningful Musings & Meanderings!
Hello everyone here in Wealthy Affiliate!
After I posted, I went to my friends house and chatted with her and her husband for a while before returning to the eBay house to get ready to retire for the evening.
I ended up going to bed a bit later than usual! The day had been a bit of a struggle, but at least the weather was cooperative. I chatted with a bunch of friends on the phone in the end, so that was a very good thing!
I must admit that when I went to sleep, it was very nice, indeed!
I woke up refreshed at 5:30am, and I knew I had to get some computer work done in the Wealthy Affiliate Community.
At the time, I completed the initial comments alright. More would come in, but I knew that my son was passing through town sometime this morning on his way back to Texas, so I had to be ready to visit with him.
He showed up soon enough. We chatted for about an hour sitting in the car since the wind was a bit chilly earlier in the morning.
It was some great conversation. After all that he decided to take me to lunch. We had wanted Chinese food, but the restaurant is closed on Mondays.
We ended up at Cracker Barrel close by, so that would be good enough. We both had Chicken Fried Steak, so not bad at all.
We stayed there for about 45 minutes altogether. Then he took me back home and we chatted a little further before he started the trip back to Texas. I wished him well, and I hope he has a safe trip.
I was stuffed by the meal and was feeling a bit tired, so I did grab about a 1.5 hour nap to let the food settle and recharged my batteries so to speak.
While we were there, a Property Manager called and said he might need me later for a possible lock change in the afternoon. That never materialized though.
When I got up in the afternoon, I decided to grab some images at that time for the day.
We were in the low 70s at the time. I figured that would be the highest temp with high winds blowing, and it seems that I was correct.
The rest of the waning day will be spent on other tasks including being on the computer for a while, as well
I have been chatting with my mother for the last hour, so now back inside, I will post this shorter post a bit later.

Everyone enjoy the rest of the day! I'll be around for a while longer. Then I will finally retire to bed for the evening too!

I am secretly jealous of all the loooong conversations that you have with your friends so often. It is hard to nail people down! Your life is colorful!

Having those conversations keep me going. They don't always occur though, so I have to take them when I can get them!
