Ok I'm not going to lie, I'm a little bit surprised this morning.

November 3rd

I joined WA as a free guest. Somehow, I was led towards this platform with every intent to change my life. Since the get go it's been one helluva roller coaster.

I jumped on the free training right away and followed the steps to a T. I have never understood something so clearly, and this training seemed to just apply naturally to what I was wanting to learn.

Black Friday

It was at this point in time I was ALL-IN. If I was to desire that change, I had to make it happen.

I spent the savings that I had and became a premium plus member. I was commited now, and there was no turning back.

And now all there was to do, was continue on with training.

December 3rd

I was soon starting to realize how easy this was becoming, and wanted to get my wife involved. So I secretly bought a 2nd website and started building it. She became interested. Now, I have 2 websites in under a month and the training is nearing completion.

Within the remainder of this month, I've also managed to climb the rankings within WA. This a surprise in itself, and hey, I like surprises.

THE NEW YEAR

The beginning of January was continuation from month 1 and 2. Head down, articles out, follow the training. But something else happened...I finished the 1st complete series of training and decided to make the next step to the Bootcamp training.

I find these teachings different from the getting started series, and really started to open up my aspects of article writing.

Things keep falling into place as far as learning goes, and I really start to get it. My wife even admits she's having fun writing articles now, who knew - Surprise number 2.

End of / Beginning of

And now here we are. After a rocky finish to January (yes I wrote a blog about how the struggles were real) we are finally starting to see a turn-around.

Even though financially, things aren't quite working out for us, today I opened up my computer and decided to check all of my affiliate link statuses.

Wouldn't you know it, all of them still say 0.00 in commissions. 3 solid months of training, and not 1 sale........

Until I open up Amazon.com.

WHAT IS THIS?

At first, I checked my .ca account because from Canada, I tend to link mostly from there when i don't use other affiliate link sources. Same results, 13 clicks, 0 commissions.

Then on the .com associate loging page, I see 6 clicks, 6 purchases.

I'm like, Huh? So I do some digging, view the report, and I have 100% retention. It looks as if someone actually made purchases from one of my links. They bought a CO detector I wrote an article about, plus a bunch of makeup supplies.

SO...

Here's the lesson learned: Patience Pays Off. (PPO).

I still don't know what I've earned in commissions from these sales, but the feeling is still of worth and value, that even though I may have earned something from all of this training after waiting this long, I am NOT stopping until I make all of the sales.

Hopefully this doesn't sound selfish. With all of the AI talk and implementation of leveraging your websites by being commited and using human-esque articles...I see a vision from here on in.

Its the same vision I had when I clicked 'JOIN' 3 month's ago. Head down articles out and hurry-up & wait. It pays to be persistent and stay commited, and it all works out in the end.
