Hi - if your country is not eligible for direct bank payments, then you only have two options, they don't use PayPal.
Gift card, which you can only spend on Amazon's own products.
Or a check sent to your home address, but only when your earned commissions exceed $100.

Amazon Associates are hopeless. Amazon KDP has no problems transferring money direct to my bank account, but Associates doesn't. They'll send me a check, which the bank takes a chunk of in fees (how last century) or a gift card to spend anywhere, as long as it's Amazon lol. Those are your only two options.

I set out to do the last task level 2, however, when I want to do that, I get a notification that page not found.
Can anyone help me with that?
You may need to empty the browser cache, refresh and try again. Try the URL in a different browser or mobile device.
Can you also provide us the URL and a screenshot?
The questions have been answered; the profile questions will always give a zero value on the panel.
