so I have several pages in my site, but the problem is that they don't appear in my home website page is there a way to fix this? I publish them I want to add them to home page
Your home page is typically your blog roll page. Your pages will not show up here, your posts/blogs will.
You can add pages to your top menu or your side menu following the instructions that jvranjes gave you.
As far as the banners, you should be inserting (copy & paste) a code into the text part of your content or to a text widget if you want it in your sidebar.
