You must think about your visitor not Google, which are the best links to the human eye and interest not the search engines. If you get the visitor to have a better user experience, then Google will reward your site with better rankings.
Thank you for your answer. Just a follow up question. If I lead my visitors directly to youtube, how will google reward my site? Besides the fact I name my website in the description?
As I mentioned before forget how Google will reward your site through YouTube. If your visitor likes your site and stays for awhile and clicks around a few pages then Google will reward you by pushing you up the rankings.
Hi Jan. That's a good question, one that I would like to hear the advice of the experienced. Good looking website!

There is an ad in your website. To be honest, Google will discredit websites having such ads. How severe is not clear, but Google does not like it.
In the long run, it will do more harm than good.
Thanks for your comment Nam. But what do you mean with a 'ad'? An abbreviation for advertisement? And if so, could you be more specific? And are you saying that sharing the direct link to YouTube is far much better?
I know, this are a lot of follow up questions but I really want to understand your comment.
OMG,
"You attempted to reach www.excelxl.nl, but the server presented a certificate issued by an entity that is not trusted by your computer's operating system. This may mean that the server has generated its own security credentials, which Chrome cannot rely on for identity information, or an attacker may be trying to intercept your communications."
Thanks. I don't have the ad problem. Just checked it on IE and I've never seen an ad before (and i'm working with Chrome). But I will contact my webhoster and thinking about making this a discussion to see if other people also have this problem.
So if you read this post, please check my website and share your feedback if you do see an advertisement or a security warning.
Thanks.
There is something not clear with your webhoster. Both IE and Chrome warn me not to visit www.excelxl.nl.

Hi all,
Probably a simple Q but after searching and searching I decided to ask it. How can I find other members by searching on their username?
Kind regards,
Jan<
Hi everyone. How simple can it be. I thought that I tried the search bar but obviously I didn't. Thank you. Issue solved.
If you type an @ followed by a character in the search bar it will also bring up users. :) Rich.
If there is someone specific you are looking for-yes. Yuu can use the search bar. If you are just looking to build your network, you can use your profile page, and anywhere you see a "follow me" button ( other members profiles, discussions etc ) just click it and add them. Hope this helps ;-)
Hi Digger12, thanks for your quick reply. I was hoping that there should be a way to search directly on a specific name. But I have to continue with the way I already walked.
Start typing the name in the search bar, it should pop up for that specific member. That is the only way I can of to search names :-)
