Hi there Jake
Some good advise here for you from these fellow WAers
They are all saying to hang on in there
keep going
perseverance and hard work pays off in time

No niche is too competitive but with the "Make money online" it takes much longer to make an impact.... also you have to be more creative about how to gain rankings because everyone writes about the same products.
what would you recommend i do? I have another niche in mind but should I stick this one out?
I can't do two at the same time as I'm already busy enough
Stick to one... better to write 4 blog posts per week on one niche than 2 posts per week on 2 different niches.
Stick to one and keep writing. Watch Jay's webinar on writing SEO article live - from a couple weeks ago.
I have a blog in the "make money online niche" and I have 65 blog posts and it is 7 months old. Not even breaking 10 hits per day yet...
Stick to your niche at the moment, whatever it is, and keep writing...
Hi Jake, never give up. Be genuine and show your authentic self. Keep experimenting and find out what you are good at and keep learning. I'm doing WA bootcamp while helping others to truely discover their passion-driven work. As for me, I focus on the value I give the reader and not the monetary return yet. Hope this help.

Hello Jake,
Keep your chin up and have patience. You have to understand you are competing with a hell of a lot of people and also with Google. It takes a lot of time and effort. Believe me when I say you have found yourself in a good place with WA. And I just joined a week ago after doing this internet stuff for several years!
Still learning. Even after some success with some of my sites.
This is the best place to be! Patience.

I'm doing a product review and I've just made a self-video talking through the elements inside of the product. How do i get that video onto my post now? Cheers.
Hey Jake,
The easiest way would be to upload the video to youtube or a video sharing site and embed it.
To embed it, just click on the share button after its uploaded. There will be an option called embed and it will have some code there. Copy that code and then paste it in the text editor/html window of your site.
Hope this helps :)

Hey there Jake,
I think it's a great niche to build a website about.
You already have the passion and you've obviously found affiliate programs so there seems to be nothing holding you back - Woohoo!
All the best with your new website whatever you decide Jake,
Cheers,
Jacqueline
Thanks for your response. I'm really into self development but thought this was too big of a niche so decided maybe confidence as it's something I can talk passionately about
Go for it Jake... Self development is a big niche. Probably if you don't mind you can share your struggle and victory over stammering... yeah there's a lot to talk about confidence alone. Try to come out about 10 ideas for your content so you will know if you can use that as a niche. Just be your authentic self. Does that make sense?

Hi Guys, I'm just over 2 months in with my WA site and haven't made any money yet. I was just wondering if it's worth signing up for google adsense perhaps to get my confidence
Hi there Jake,
I can't say nay or ya...as I'm not here that long either..
Please see attached training about Google Adsense which Steve 1958 posted some time ago...
It may be helpful

Hi Jake, I'm even newer at this than you and I can see how you might be losing confidence.
Have you tried promoting on all Social Media, Google+, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter etc?
Right at the beginning we are told that it is going to take 6 - 12 months to realise any growth.
Re visit the lessons and see if there is something within them which can help you modify your presence.
Good luck, the WA community is with you all of the way.
Hi Glyn, yes i share my posts on social media all the time, after every time i create a new post actually.
i think it's natural to lose confidence when you are not making money though.
