Visualise what you want
Visualing what you want is a tip I learnt from Anthony Robbins - a really famous business man and physcologist. He teaches people to really use all the senses we have to imagine what it would be like to achieve our dreams and ambitions.
For example, success to me is being on a beach with complete freedom with loved ones, talking and not being in a rush. Doing whatever we like.
By really visualising this (almost like meditating) it almost feels really. It makes you want to strive towards your goal even more. So, why not try it? Take 2 minutes out of your day and see if it works for you!
