Wealthy Affiliate Ethical?
Over the years I have been sucked into to programs that promised to hold my hand and show me what I have missed in the get successful program. Over the years each one let me down hard. So much so that if a great opportunity came I would just toss it in the trash or click away as fast as possible. When I came accross Wealthy Affiliate I was not even looking for it. I was looking into something else when the name caught my eye. I did some digging and like everything there is good and bad reviews although honestly I didn't find much in the bad news catagory.
I knew I went down this affilite path before however only after I shell out more money then I can afford would they give me exclusive help or some nonsense. Wealthy Affiliate said hey join for free and start learning for free and make a website for free and if you need help we will help you for free. Are you kidding me I thought? This must be too good to be true and I clicked away. However in the back of my mind it really perplexed me. Can Wealthy Affiliate actually be an ethical company that actually wants to help others succeed?
After much deliberation I decided I would try it and just learn all I could and then when they slap me with the "it will just cost your first born child" I would skip on out and do my best to add the pieces of knowledge together on my own like I have done so far. That never happened.
In doing so I brewed a pot of chaga coffee and flew through the basics in training then I got stuck. Thinking that this is it, I would be stuck and it would be months before anyone would answer my question, I was seriously in for a shock. My question was answered in two minutes and by multiple users. This phenomenon didn't stop there. In fact this is what the Wealthy Affiliate community is all about! People helping others and wanting to see every person in the community rise up from the rat race and succeed! I have never seen anything like it before.
After I reached the end of the basics and already set up a site, finally I was asked to join at a reasonable price that even in my almost nonexistent budget could fit. What impressed me most though was I didn't have to go through a pitch and the bs price drops. Instead it was like here this is what we made come check it out. We want to see you succeed and have more information then you can read and view in our library to help you succeed in every step this journey takes you. While your here checking out this community and information if you like it then join us and we will give you the gift of giving you so much more. The extra mile, that is.
Sometimes I even receive NON generic messages from others in the community way higher then my rank just to ask how things are going and can I help you with anything? Then they actually take the time to answer me back to the best of their ability. If there is something they are unsure of they let me know where to look. I am mind blown! I almost gave up on humanity and humans being ethical when prosperous until Wealthy Affiliate. I sincerely have never found a more ethical company then Wealthy Affiliate and I am so glad to be a part of this community nor would I want any other group to share this journey out of the rat race with. They are everything they say and much more!

I was in the same place as you. Tired of being scammed, not looking, but the universe has a funny way of bringing things to you.
Thank you for posting what I am feeling too.
That's been my experience as well. Very well put! Best wishes for your continuing success!
This was a very nice post about all the members here at WA. Most members, even newbies, will do their best to give you a correct answer, or where to go find it. I had the exact same idea when I joined WA back in 2014. I was ready to exit at a moments notice... but like you, I could never find a good legitimate reason to leave. I'm still learning, and still having a blast. Good to see you know value when you see it. Have a great weekend.

Great post, man! You're inspiring so many with this. It's honest, sincere, and it's the truth. We're in a great spot here, aren't we? Awesome. Thanks for the spark of inspiration! I appreciate it!
Certainly WA scores high on the ethical scale I think! I believe WA has a good name and would like to keep it that way...
