Hello, I have saved the login details on my computer but can't find where I have written them down. I have to move to a new computer so I need them to login on that?
If you go to your photo in the top right corner... and from the drop down menu click 'account settings'
Your email you used to sign up is there and the password field is there also ... have you forgotten your password or ??

Follow Chris's instructions and if you've forgotten your password then you can change it in your account settings.

I have downloaded it and supposedly activated it by opening a word document and enabling it, but it isn't working on the WA site as it did on my old computer?
Hi I am using it on Chrome on my old computer and that is working fine, but I am using Firefox on the new one and that hasn't activated even though I have gone through all the steps. I think I am missing a few plugins as well but I am not sure yet how to find out which ones I need and which ones I don't. Very confusing for a musician technophobe like myself.
I have just taken the new computer back to the store as they messed up a couple of things when they transferred info from the old to the new one, so going to clear everything off it and start again. This has been such a mission. I needed a new computer as my old one kept on freezing, but in the change I lost a data base of 12,000 which I have only recovered now. So I am STILL using the old one which is still freezing and incredibly slow. Very difficult to work like that as I sometimes have to wait up to 10 minutes for something to load. Now I can't open attachments. Not sure what is going on but I will get there!

I am trying to find a way to import my email contacts to my Facebook business page. I can't follow the instructions on the FB help page as the place I should click on to import
Thanks so much TJ, I found the help page and started loading the people I want to connect with on FB, sorted through 12000 names and was just about to send the message and then my computer froze! I have now bought a new one and am waiting for it to come before I try that again as it took me all of seven hours and then only to come to nothing. I thought of the WA people who have all talked about pulling their hair out at some stage or another so I reminded myself that this is part of earning my online stripes and went and had a vodka and red bull and felt a lot better!!

Add outlook express contacts to facebook page?
