Have You Found Your Mission Yet?
My Imac has been driving me crazy this week and after buying memory for it I finally discovered that I can't add memory to this particular model so I need to get a new hard drive instead. In the meantime I can't download my Canva images. Rant over!
That little challenge faded into insignificance when I was checking out my bio on Instagram today. I suddenly realized that I hadn't mentioned anything in it that would let people know how I could or what I would do to help them. I had added that I am a learn-a-holic which is something that most people probably are not the slightest bit interested to read.
And.......then it hit me - an idea that just made perfect sense. Why it hadn't occured to me before I can't imagine. I am really excited about this idea because it combines the two things that I have always found elusive.
Now I know how Archimedes felt when he said evrika (not eurika) which is the Greek word which means I found it. I have finally found a mission and a target audience in one fell swoop. I will be sharing my idea with my WA family soon but I want to get it set up first ... so watch this space.
Being a learn-a-holic has a good and a bad side to it when it comes to online marketing. Knowledge can give you a lot of confidence but it won't fill your bank account. There is a lot to learn and you need to be willing to take the time and the patience to learn it if you want to be successful.
Learning is never enough you have to take massive action, be willing to engage with people and genuinely want to help them. That is what makes all those hours and days and years of learning worthwhile.

Hi Liz I read one of your blogs and I was just thinking that like myself you have a great story. Have you ever thought about writing your blogs in such a way that you could use them to create a book i.e. your story? I think that might make blogging more motivational for you.
Being able to help people is a nice feeling. Do not understand why you would need a new hard drive to increase the memory on you computer.

Well I was confused about what I needed to do to increase the memory. Bought 16 GB of RAM and apparently that will just speed it up. Phoned my local computer repair shop today and he suggested doubling the memory and getting an external hard drive and they are also going to add the RAM.
Hi Hilary, does that mean you are going to have 32 GB of ram. That is going to be fast. How old or new is your computer. How much space do you have left on your hard drive. Just curious to know if your processor can handle it.
No Les It has 8GB at the moment It is an iMac (21.5-inch, Late 2015) Processor 2.8 GHz Intel Core i5
