I am having problems with the videos. Do I need to download something?
I am at a complete loss. There are topics that are mentioned that are not covered in the training-such as where is my affiliate link? Do I have to cite the resources where I go
Your affiliate link depends on what you're promoting. So could you share with me what you're promoting? And what kind of information are you citing from?
Good point..I assumed it was your WA affiliate link. I didn't even think of another affiliate program...my bad.
The training will teach you the steps...they may refer to something briefly that you haven't covered yet but it is coming. As for where you find your affiliate link, you can find it by clicking on the $ coin symbol up top and then selecting either Program Details or Links & Tracking. Your specific affiliate links will be there. You can share them with others and, if they sing up using your link, they will show up under your referrals.
Citing resources depends on how you convey that information..if it's word for word or quoted then yes you need to give credit where credit is due, if it's someone else's work (say an image) not only do you need permission but that permission will most likely come with a requirement to provide credit to the artist, etc.

I have completed all the tasks up to building a website but I am stuck. I have picked out my theme, but have no content to fill in those spaces. Should I write content 1st, the
Don't worry Gayle!
Building your site and writing content is a continuous process.
Take it one step at a time. Don't rush and don't lose patience.
Since you've now chosen a theme, just stick with it for now and focus on writing your content, building up the essential pages on your site.
I hope this helps!
You should have content already with your Privacy Policy, Disclosure and About Me pages.
I actually use WORD to type my articles and save them on my Desktop.
This way I can work on them until I have them just so.
Then its a simple matter to copy/paste them into my Wordpress and add images and links.
Enjoy your Tuesday.

Hello Robert. I might have missed it but Privacy Policy? Disclosure? I have an about me page. Are there guidelines I can follow?
If you have been following the training then you should have already covered your PP and your About Me pages.
I suggest you go back and take another look.
It is step by step and you should take it step by step and not skip anything.

I am in sitebuilder & overwhelmed by all the different websites. I don't understand the "abilities" of specific sites. Can I change the front picture? If I don't like it ca
Just choose a simple theme first and you'll slowly get used to it. You can always change the theme anytime in the future.
You can preview a theme before installing and activating it. It's going to come down to what your niche is and your own personal preferences for what you're looking for. You can most definitely change the front picture or header image I think is what you're referring to. And yes, if you don't like your installed WordPress theme, you can definitely change it.
Here are some good Free WP themes that I know of:
1. Sydney
2. Astra
3. Hestia
4. Talon
5. Flash
6. NewsMag Lite
7. Zerif Lite
8. Heiro
9. Bento
10. Shapely
But there are plenty more good free ones out there.
Hope this helps.

It seems that the glitch is fixed, you can try it again
