To Newsletter or Not to Newsletter.

So on my WAH site, I give tips and advice on WAH gigs, while promoting WA.

:lately I have been posting various jobs that don't work for me but might work for somebody on Facebook. The few days, I have been considering creating either a JOBS page or a newsletter to send to subscribers via email.

I don't want to clutter anybody's inbox, but which do you think might be more effective.?

FYI, I am already working on 2 sites, prepping a third and offering my services as a freelancer all around ImproveMySite person.

Plus kids, plus school, plus hubby PLUS my #WageLife gigs.

Should I throw this on my plate too or do I already need a platter?

Waffling,

Gwendolyn J

Just thinking. You could add posts to your site and offer regular updates on ideas for jobs through a weekly email subscription to invite people to view the latest.
It would drive traffic to your site and offer a regular help to those who subscribe.

That's what I was thinking. I mean, I'm going to be "writing" the newsletter per se. It will be a catalog of recent gigs that come thru my email and such. I belong to a LOT of WAH sites.

So basically a cut-n-paste list, with a link or some to my blog and a WA banner.

Ta-Da...

Can't give advice on this as I did start a newsletter a few years back but stopped sending then out for lack of time.
I suppose it depends how often you intend to send out the news letter.
Good luck whichever option you choose.

Sometimes we can have a plus too many. I guess it can be about finding that balance where outcomes are not compromised by the plusses.

I have signed up to countless news letters, receive one, two maybe three.

Done well and consistently, an excellent opportunity to grow our presence and audience.

Best wishes Gwendolyn, you will do well.

Good evening my friend, first I'd like to say I would not start another site as of yet, you have a lot on your plate and you are walking well with it. So why make it more complicated, now as far as emails I want you to go to my site I have a article concerning emails I think you will find it interesting and helpful. May Prosperity always be with you. My website is name weightlifting for a beautiful world, however it's much much more the web address is BEAUTIFLWORID.com may you have a wonderful night

Hi, Gwendolyn.
I don't know enough about what you are asking to provide detailed and valuable information that will be complete help for you. Sorry.

You seem really busy with the multiple sites. That is not an easy task. And then you have all the other tasks.

I looked at your profile here at WA and it appears to be a 'one liner.'

Here is a link to another member's training here at WA that you can use anytime moving forward. I used it over three years ago and it still makes sense today. Remain Awesome.

Paul from Southern Ontario, Canada.

Newsletter with an autoresponder? I would prefer to use an autoresponder if you have three different sites make sure you split the autoresponder for three different newsletters to build up an email list. List building is through a newsletter.

I actually only want to do one for Gig That right now. I will probably start one for HH soon if I can work out the logistics on GT.

I have AWeber, but I have been looking into JotForm's AR. I'll have to investigate further but I think it does come with the free account I have over there.

Sounds like you got it all figured out. That sounds great to me.

Newsletters are great and also you could create a job page but think about where the jobs are- if they are online then yes but if they are offline, this could be a real challenge for you

Well, the specific niche is work at/from home, freelancing, and independent contractor gigs. I typically find them online and that's the angle I take with my niche.

ah ok- then this might work Gwendolyn
