Action and Reaction
When I take action, I like to see an immediate reaction. I want to see how what I've done makes a difference. I want to see immediate results. That's why I enjoy car detailing and house cleaning and painting and so many other instant gratification jobs. They yield a reward right away. When I do something and I have to wait, I tend to get discouraged and think that I have done something wrong.
I know that I am not alone in this and I wanted to inform others that they are not alone either. It takes time and sometimes it takes a lot of time to see things come to fruition. So, what I want to say to you all today is, the chances are real good that you are on track and doing the right thing, it just takes time to see it work out. So, be patient and keep doing what you are doing.

Hey Frank and Tina,
Another of your posts that truly strikes a chord with me, you are definitely on the right track with helping to keep people motivated and striving to succeed, thank you.
I am very much a Type A personality, and always need to be taking action, moving forward. It can be difficult to continue that momentum, when you can't actually see the progress of each action. At times like this my family comes to the rescue again, I look at the adults they have become and I can SEE IT. I can see the result, the reward, for all of the time and effort. WAS IT EASY, definitely not. WAS IT FAST, well if you consider 30 years fast, looking back it seems to have gone in a blink but while I was living it, some of the longest days, months and years of my life, lol.
WAS IT WORTH IT, without question!!!
Success will come, where and when will be different for every person, but if you hang on and keep at it you can't fail. Especially with this wonderful community to support and help you along the way.

Frank after reading your post, I keep thinking of the words by Albert Einstein. In fact it appears, to me, to speak the same message but in a different angle.

In my own words Frank, it's sort of like your message, that studying how to create a "selling website" if you hang around long enough, as you would say 'patience' one would 'GET IT.'

Hey Frank and Tina,
Thanks for the reminder. It gets very frustrating when you wait and wait and wait... You begin to wonder what you did wrong. Or at least I am. I have spent the last few days listening to littlemama's training at I understand I'm doing things right, just have to play the waiting game!!
