Keeping In Touch With Your Business
Do you have those days when you can't think straight? If that is the case how do you handle them.
As you may have read in an earlier post I have had an attack of the blues. To some they will work right through it, but to others like me it is quite debilitating.
We all know how important our business is to us and we also know what we need to be doing on a daily basis to keep our business going. Some times we just have to take a rest which may last several days.
While I try to do as much as possible within WA I sometimes find it impossible to keep the concentration I need without making too many mistakes. This is just the way life treats us sometimes.
My WA work has suffered over the last couple of days while I have been sorting out my mind. This has led to ignoring many of the posts that have been produced in the last couple of days.
This is also one of the reasons that I try to have posts on file ready to use in an emergency. For me this is an essential part of my strategy to ensure I can keep in touch with my business.

Hey, Derick Just want to let you know that we all have days like this.
I even had a fellow member try to calm me down over something that is a little meaningless.
But just remember this when it comes to you. Take it one piece at a time. If you get the reference I'll even give you a hooray.
The road ahead of us have many things we encounter before we achieve our goal.
Regardless of how fast or you slow you make your journey, you will still get there.
Take your time. Most importantly, respect yourself. Our physical body has its limits. Over using it can have drastic impact.
Of course I know it's fun here, actually that's how I see it, to interact with the community and that you don't want to miss out in a gossip within the community but then we are human beings.
Sometimes we must respond to whatever our physical being endures and responds.
I'll repeat again, take your time, a step at a time.
All the best and wish you well.
Cheers!

Yes, it is fun here Jasper and it is not WA that is getting me down. It is just life has got in the wat yet again.

Hi there Derek,
Hope you get back in motion soon. In the meantime, keep using your “emergencies”. Such a great idea it is.

Derek, have you tried meditation? It's all about not thinking and there are immense health benefits both physical and mental. It can also slow the ageing process. There is plenty of guided meditation on youtube from people who know what they are talking about. Look for names like Bob Proctor, Vishan Lakhani or Eckhart Tolle.
Kind regards
Rob
You're welcome Derek, "Dauchsy" is another useful YT channel.
I would also recommend you check out whether audio therapy would be of help to you in the form of binaural beats or rife frequencies. Again YT is your friend.
Cheers
