Can Free members access the trainings or blogs?
I am writing my articles to promote wealthy affiliate and will also slightly nudge my readers to read some of the trainings and blogs in wealthy affiliate, just to give them a taste of what's in here.
But, I am not sure which areas of the site can non members/free members access.
I dont want to point them to a training or article, they wont be able to access.
So, how do I know which blogs/articles are accessible to the free members / non members?
Or maybe even the training video's?
Can a non-member/free member access live chat?

You might consider sending them to read Beverley's awesome training. As far as I know, it is available to free members, including the links she provides in that section.

Starter members can continue to access the following:
Certificate 1 - All lessons in Level 1
Bootcamp Course - All lessons in Course 1
Activity Dashboard - they can read all posts and read members blogs and comment threads, but they cannot comment after 7 days as their comment privileges are expired.
Classrooms related to Certificate 1 and Bootcamp Course 1 - Read the recent and trending discussion threads, though their comment privileges are expired.
Jaaxy - If they haven't used up their 30 searches, they can do that.
Of course, they can continue to build their Siterbux websites via the Build My Website section.
They can promote WA as an affiliate, and earn commissions as a free starter member.
And as Rich said, they can see all members' posts and the training offered by members.

You're welcome. I did make a correction since you replied. They cannot enter the chatroom. I thought they might be able to read but not comment, but free starter members have no access to the chat room, except for the first 7 days, though I think they will still see the scrolling chat bar in the right sidebar

Can I see anywhere if they have started some siterubix website?
They will get this message:
"Your comment privileges have expired. Upgrade to Premium and unlock UNLIMITED help & support
You cannot see if they started a siterubix site unless they have listed it under Websites in their profile page.

I don't remember ever seeing that. They probably don't have access to the settings to the Website section on their profile page, or maybe it's there in the first 7 days but not after if they don't upgrade. ~Jude
If you click on the Affiliate button above a piece of content, such as the one in this post and use that link, then a non-Member can access and see that page without signing up. If they try to go elsewhere on the site they'll be told they need to sign up to access elsewhere. As a free Starter Member, any non-Premium content can be accessed, and for the first seven days they can communicate within WA, ie. comment, blog, chat, etc. :) Rich.

I am sure that you can use training that is from course one for free members can access that, and I think the blogs can be accessed , hope you find some links if not you can try Wayne Wallace on utube or G+ he is a member and has some great training going on, wish you luck
