I intend to use multisites in order to use two different languages in two separate websites.

Is it possible to do this with WA DNS?

Thanks in advance.

Thanks everyone for the feedback. I ended up using subdirectories and it turned to work as good as l expected.

Subdomains seem to be a bit harder to setup, just so everyone knows.

You can host as many sites as you want.

you can ask ticket for support directly in your build my website page.. May be you can..

Since the .es one is the one that suits me the most, I'm worried that people who go through my link aren't actually giving me credit since they will go to their own country webs

I don't even know if I have a market yet haha.

Anyway, thanks for the replies, you both have been really helpful.

A lot of it depends on what country you get most of your visits from. If you get most of your visits from people in Spain(or the EU) then I would say that it would be a good idea to use the spain amazon affiliate program.

However, if your website visitors are primarily from a different country I would use that other countries amazon affiliate program. It's all about who you think will be clicking on your links.

Hi Thomas, the link I provided in my other post below, fixes it so that you can be an affiliate of most if not all the Amazon affiliate programs you choose, and the visitors that come to your website, will be taken to the Amazon program that would service their area. This would enable you to earn commissions wherever they go to Amazon from your page

I will admit that the plugin is useful, but it still doesn't do what I am referring to.

What if someone in Spain wants to purchase something from Amazon Italy because it's cheaper and they are both a part of the European Union and enjoy the ability to purchase from other countries that are a part of the European Union without having to pay import tariffs?

In this case you wouldn't earn your commissions because although the plugin changed the links to Amazon Spain, it's not going to know the visitors intent of purchasing where it's the cheapest.

Also, sometimes what is carried on one Amazon website is not available on another amazon website.

I will concede that just getting a visitor to amazon through an affiliate links does increase the chance of getting a commission due to their cookie policy.

Hi Rafael, heres a link that may help you. It solves the problem of people using a different amazon county website.

My website is mostly about reviews and l'm worried that if l put too many affiliate links to products my website will be poorly indexed by google and l will lose traffic.

I'll be honest, I don't know how bad it hurts your SEO, but I would at least cover them up with the Pretty Links plugin that Kyle talks about in one of his trainings.

Hi Rafael,

Links within your reviews should all link to your #1 recommended product page. You can certainly have an affiliate link to the product its self, but the purpose of your site is to recommend one product above the rest, so it's very effective to link your reviews to that one page.

Also, you should not be adding any affiliate links to your website until you have started ranking in Google. You want to gain the trust of Google and when you have no affiliate links it really helps when a site is new.

Once you are trusted, it will be just fine to add affiliate links to your posts.

Carson

Carson, when you say we shouldn't be adding any affiliate links until we rank in Google, are you referring to wealthy affiliate links too? Obviously with Wealthy Affiliate as my number one recommended, I have plenty of wealthy affiliate links but I have not began to rank in Google.

I wanted to know if there is some sort of web or program l could use to know how many visits am l getting and where are those coming from.

What is the most commonly used o

Google Analytics will cover all of that for you.

Thanks a lot, that's exactly what l was looking for!!

No problem, have fun with it!

Though doesn't google Analytics charge for that?

Not that I am aware of. I have not been using it over the last year and a half as I am focused on my board game business right now. However I followed the core training here and what they showed for Google Analytics worked for me to get that info. Things could have changed, but I would not know about that.
