Feeling like changing my username

I just think it's hilarious when people call me Seagrave, that was my nickname as a kid. I think if I change my username here - to something a little less 'surname/nickname'-ish, it might be better!

I know I can only change it once, so I gotta be careful!!

Here goes...

My surname is "Bulpitt" so you can figure what my knickn ame was!

Hahaha cool!!! :D

Seagrave,
I think it's fine. I have a nick name from child hood that I do not like and I will not mention, but I think "ESeagrave" is fine.

I'm sure you will do the right thing.

Curt Law

Thanks Curt :)

Hey Emma. EmmaSeagrave would work, and its a film star name! Everyone will address you as Emma. I am sure you will make the right choice, whatever you decide. Paul

A film star name!? Eeeeek. That's so awesome!! :) It just seems super long to me!

Since you mentioned it ... I've already changed it some time ago and put 'aa' intentionally. But I see that many people have some problem with 'michaal', so they call me by more usual name 'michael'. Thank you for not being one of them. I don't mind being 'michael', but I relate to 'michaal' more, also because it's not so common. What am I trying to say? This quote comes to mind.

"Don't try to fit in when you were born to stand out."

I like Michaal, it's different! I agree, I should stand out, right? :D

I didn't know we could change it once - hm - had thought of changing mine too, but the longer you use it, then the harder it gets...

Exactly, that's what I was thinking - most people would recognise my username as it is now and unless they were used to seeing my profile picture, they'd probably confuse me with someone else.

people will eventually adjust and you are pretty new yet, they do also recognize the pic - as for me - for the first 4+ months people thought I was a man so eventually that got to me and I had to update the profile picture from a bear to my face, it may make a difference, but it is about what you want in the end

No need to rush and we can keep contacting you as we have until you decide. I like Seagrave

Thanks :) Seagrave is a pretty unusual surname but I guess that makes me different :)

I changed my username from MBlack to MarionBlack because using my first name is more friendly. ~Marion

That's what I was thinking of doing too Marion, Although EmmaSeagrave just seems so long lol!

What's wrong with your real name? A long time ago I decided to only use my name by bitrh, after a divorce I had to change so much, so I use my maiden name everywhere since:)

Well, Emma Seagrave is my real name, hence the ES but I think it's gas that people call me Seagrave here instead of Emma, I kinda like it tho, so maybe I'll just keep it! :)

I have changed my nickname Eimhier to Loes, just my first name:)

Just don't take a boat trip, lol! Seriously, if you find it hilarious, then why change a unique name like that.

Hahaha! You ain't the first with that one :P I suppose - maybe I'll stick with it! I was gonna change just to Emma but someone already got that one. Dang!
