Hello everyone,
I am currently using an email provider service to manage my list and am facing a problem connecting a sub-domain to my email service account. The purpose
Hi Eric, we do offer some more control with DNS records and we can most definitely have a look if we know more about what you are wanting to do with your subdomains. Create a SiteSupport ticket so that we can have a discussion about your business objectives :)
Please note that I stated in my write-up that I had already contacted support, and their response was that they could not help me with updating A records.
I am trying to use my sub-domain on my lead magnet landing pages using my email provider service. This will help me to customize my URLs with my brand instead of using the email service provider's url.

Hi Support, please can I get a credit for my second free domain? I just tried purchasing another domain and this didn't give me any credit so had to pay out of pocket. Can you
Premium members get one free domain name so what you have is correct. Why did you think there were two?
Possibly joined from a post with old information. I had a email asking about 50 websites this morning on the Premium package someone seen on another WA Review. This must have been well before my time here.
That's really old information. WA used to allow hosting for 25 dot com websites and 25 siterubix sun-domain websites, so 50 all told. However, there were no free domain names as part of that package.
I was like 50? Have you slipped and hit your head. I believe that was my actual response. lol
The Premium Membership provides 32 credits for 1 dot com domain. The Premium Plus membership gives you 2 dot com domains.
The Premium Membership provides hosting for up to 2 domains. Your second and third dot coms domains have to be purchased. And this is out of pocket.
I hope this helps.

When I try to purchase a new domain with my Premium account (I believe it comes with 2 free domains), it asks me for payment. The system doesn't recognize my account.
It should give you an option at the bottom of the screen to pay with WA credits when you checkout.
Does it show your credit balance at all Eric?
Hmm, that's strange. If your logged in it should show your credit balance as a premium member. Unless premium member is only one free domain and premium plus is two free domains.
Let me check on that.
Yes, I tried contacting support directly but my message ended here. I need to resubmit one to them.
This is all I see for premium memberships. I went right to premium plus myself but I don't see anything about how many credits you get. Hopefully site support gets back to you or another member can verify if it's one or two free domains for premium memberships vs premium plus.

Looks like you're going about it backwards. You don't move your domain to your siterubix website, you move your siterubix website to the domain. Just go to your Site Manager and select the Move feature for the siterubix site you want to move and select the domain you purchased as the destination.
Yes, this is exactly what I've been trying to do in the last 1hr without any success. The drop-down shows only one website: Travel-to-discover-ghana. See the screenshot won't show drop-down.
You must move your draft to your premium domain name, provided it is hosted in WA. Is this the case?
Where is your domain registered? Have you purchased it here or elsewhere?
Okay, great, and congratulations :)
You can apply the move feature within your site manager to move your siterubix subdomain to your premium.
Class 4 covers that in detail.
Try emptying the cache, refreshing your screen (Ctrl + F5), and seeing if there's a change.
