Are you receiving emails directly to webmail, or have you set it up with Google Workspace or Outlook?
If email is becoming a bigger part of your business, I encourage you to get Google Workspace. This allows you to get your gmail account set-up with your domain specific emails, and this is ideal for all business email as you start to get volume.
Webmail and other hosting emails, are unreliable as many email clients can block these emails, and there is nothing that we can do about that. If you are using forwards, I don't recommend that as email clients don't accept forwards any longer.
Your best bet here is setting up Google Workspace and our hosting team can help you set-up your MX records to make this happen. It is cost efficient, and gmail is by far the best email platform in the world.

As you informed that only mobile version with many red result, one more thing i'd like to add & I actually did experience in the past site speed was that when you check with different web browsers, it came out with different results, both in PC and mobile. You may look on this option also to see if it can help you to figuure out the suitable troubleshooting option.
Are you noticing a slow response when you go to your site? If not and you're only going by the Google Page Speed numbers, I wouldn't worry about it so much. Sometimes I think we focus on those site speed test numbers too much when we don't really notice the site being slow.
Now, if you ARE noticing it being slow, I would ask what theme are you using? That's one thing that can have an effect on speed. Some themes are so completely bloated with code that they slow down the speed. The other problem can be images that are too large.
What’s your speed? Rule of thumb, if you don’t notice any slow response with your own eyes while checking out your site, then you probably don’t need to worry about it. 👍🏼
It is fast on the desktop, but the mobile version numbers are all red. There's some lag on the mobile version, though.
Curious to know which plugin you install for boosting site speed already? what else have you done? maybe pls list out a few key things you have done but your site speed stills as not expected. Did you optimize your site's photos? If not done already, I can suggest 01 free tool to compress it without losing quality.
