Biting the Bullet

Last Update: November 30, 2014

Should I or shouldn't I ? - that was the question on mind this entire weekend! Been here the entire month and have not seemed to progressed much . Stuck at Course 2 Lesson 7 , done my website with one post and that's it. I am not impressed with myself !

In any case , i made the decision to buck up and DO IT !

For people in our part of the world it is still quite a sum of money but I reckon if I bite the bullet and pay it , then I will want to make back that money VERY SOON !

So yeah, upgraded to yearly !

Cheers, everyone !

Excellent Ellise, I did the same and I feel good about it, I also am behind getting things rolling, several months in now but it feels better knowing I'm in for the year at the best price I can get and now there will be no hemming and hawing about giving up- I'm committed for at least a whole year now. I feel that should certainly be enough time to get it together. Congratulations on your upgrade. :)

I think it was a wise decision. It will take longer than a month to see real progress but I believe it you stick with it and keep creating content on your site you will begin to see progress. I have come to understand that it really is about the content and trying to provide content that will be helpful to our readers before we see the rewards of the money.

You made the right choice Ell. One month is not a long time, and there is no need to be stuck on anything. Just ask for help.

Only with practice and experience will you get better. First efforts are just learning experiences. There is so much to get through.

You will see this as you progress and then look back at your first attempt. Then you will realise how far you have advanced, but for now, DO be impressed with yourself if you have never done this before.

Above all, be consistent with your learning and keep going forward with your site. Why not add it now to your website section and get help, feedback and encouragement.

I know what you mean Ell. I am never happy, being a bit of a perfectionist. But I am realising if I wait until I am "happy" with it I will never put it online.

I realise now if it isn't up then there is no possibility of rankings or visitors. You can always tweak things later, but at least you have started.

Hi Ellise!

I did what you did and upgraded to yearly. Way to go, I agree that since we have put the money in to earn more money, we will probably work harder to succeed. Welcome to WA and here is to success!!

Hi elliseng. I also had to think twice apart from the fact that I hadn't had a PayPal account. Look at it as an investment in yourself. Or this way: walking around and thinking"Back then I should have done it grrr". I see it as an invested and a lot of money. But willing to go for my goals. It's hard work and a lot of hours studying the lessons. But in the future it will pay of. You don't have to be No: 1. It's the idea that you did it for yourself and give yourself a CHANCE in life. Luck
