how do you transfer a web site away from WA
first thing to do is to make a backup and make sure you can restore it..onto a siterubix site
then choose whether you want to pay for another year on your site
if not then just change the nameservers - goto websites - sitedomains and click the settings - you then get access to change the nameservers
this will allow you to host your site elsewhere
once setup on the new host hten make sure you can restore the site - do all of this before you run out of premium service to get sitesupport if you need it - once you run out of premium you get no help from sitesupport.
at the renewal date you can change hte registrar to a new registrar at no extra cost.
good luck
phil
check to see if the new hosting company has a free migration service and use it if possible
and make sure you get a ssl certificate, along with emails and backups for free if possible.
have fun

If you have content on your website, then you need to make a backup of your website files and download it. If you registered a domain at Wealthy Affiliate you always have the option of pointing the name servers at your new web host. If you’re domain is registered someplace other than WA, then you would need to update the name servers at the other domain registrar.
If you request help from site support they will walk you right through it. They are fantastic

how do you transfer a web site away from WA
You'll need to move your website to another hosting provider. Google "move website from wealthy affiliate" without the quotes and look for my name near the top of the list. Or send me a private message and I'll give you the link.

Or... perhaps Kyle's instructions here can help you: Setting Up A Domain Specific Email Account Hope you find this helpful.
