Site comments credits, no money anymore?

I was so excited when I got up to the $50 mark, I thought that I had my membership paid. I contacted support to see how I could apply it, and they told me no it could only be used toward comments. It's silly, really, I was upset. Why not just say you get "credits" which is the way it works. For every two comments, you get to put yours in the queue.
It's so misleading, I just don't know why they even show a dollar amount. It's silly.

That is strange, since I can take that to my PayPal account, and that always worked. The problem now is that it even doesn't show the earns you 0.50 anymore, but always 1 credit. And I don't know why.
Hi Babs - I have not heard this. When I go to account settings, it allows me to change my payment settings to use WA credits. (Not that I have enough as I have found the same problems as Emmanuel, not getting paid).
I inquired through the Help Center because I had over $100 in my "account" and I was told it was only good to use toward site comments or website critique but not toward the membership fee.

This says it all, I want to upgrade but this message shows up, I have a monthly payment, but want to go to yearly and I can't.
That's all it says, no reason for the payment process failure (like insufficient funds or invalid country, etc.)? Have you tried a different card or PayPal? You can always reach out to site support.
Oops, we couldn't process your payment?

Whenever I want to upgrade my account to yearly premium with the black friday offer, it states they can't process my order? Anybody has an idea why? I'm a monthly paid member n
It should be a straight forward process.
You should either contact Support or Carson himself.

Other people have problems with the SiteComments payments, in words which tjey dont get cash credits/earnings?
I haven't gone to site comments as of yet so I don't know anything about cash earned. But I will check it out though. Sorry I couldn't help you at this time.

Seemingly when I type on my phone it appears that I'm a bad typer, now I saw my question, how it is written, sadly that sometimes I only have second to do this. The question was with SiteComments, I'm already a verified commenter, and have 56 comments, but I didn't receive cash credits yet, if someone else has this issue
You actually have to go through the process of cashing out.
Just type - credit dashboard - into the grey question box at the top of your screen and you will get lots of results.
