Begin The Journey Of Writing Your First eBook
I wrote a blog the other day titled; "Is There An eBook Inside You?" From your responses, it seems that many of you have plans for an eBook and that you want to write one or more in the future.
This is fantastic! An eBook can be a great tool to get your brand out there and to promote your business or service.
Everything has to start with the idea and then a plan to make the idea into a reality.
I have been working on writing an eBook about how to write and promote an eBook.
This will be a perfect platform to write a series of blogs about this subject and then revise them into a training course here at WA. This will also help me to be able to fine-tune my book based on your input as we go along.
I will write a blog every 2-3 days on this subject so feel free to follow along.
Let's get started...
I was going to write a series of questions that you should ask yourself as you get started planning your eBook.
I checked the prior blogs and training here at WA and I found "20 Questions To Ask Before Creating Your eBook" by Ken-Pringle.
This is a perfect list as is. One of the rules about content creation is to not re-invent the wheel if you don't have to. You can't copy somebody else's work as is. You can use good content to create ideas for yourself and you can use references to other people's work if it helps to add validity to your work.
As you review these questions, jot down ideas about your eBook. If you are not yet ready to write one today, This is okay. You can use these blogs as a reference for when you are ready to begin. Here is Ken's link. Dave...
