I am a member of LinkedIn and I read articles posted there frequently. Very rarely do I run across one like the one below. It puts in a very straight forward way the Wealthy Affiliate philosophy of how businesses should be focused and exactly on what they should be doing and thinking.

I have bookmarked it for myself. I hope you enjoy it too.

Interesting article. The other thing the article made me think about, and you can relate this to any business model, is this. Is Uber willing to walk over anyone to be successful, or does it matter in the business (doggy dog) world?

The doggy dog world is definitely something that came to mind and I think it was implied passively in the article.

One thing that I really appreciate and respect here at Wealthy Affiliates is that even though many of us are in direct competition with each other there is not anything doggy dog world about the community.

Thank you. :) Add more value to our sites ... and if we also take the same ambition, drive, passion and intellect but added integrity, ethics and sincerity, we surely succeed online, don't you think so?

I do agree that we need to take action with passion and regard for the golden rule, "do unto other as you would have done to you"

People here are very sharing and caring about each other - we all know we have something precious here and, I believe, most, or many, are protective of it (and, of course, this sharing and caring is still being fostered and promoted by the founders). Which is what makes WA what it is. Like no other community.

I'm lost, don't know what uber is. Oh, well.

It is a new organization that has grown worldwide to replace taxis but at a premium price and with the international growth they are doing a lot of things wrong from a customer service perspective.

David is right. If the added value is not there, it will not succeed.

I personally took this article as a means of "what NOT to do" and "what to IMPLEMENT that is tried and true to work".

So did I. Über is the example of what not to do.

Thanks for the feedback. It's their business model basically what they are missing from a "think like a customer" standpoint that interested me in this article.

No idea what uber is and don't care.
Ken

Straight to the point, just like on your profile. I left a message for you there - re your websites - hope you don't mind.
