My site has been redirecting for about 3 weeks now, what should I be doing in the meantime?
Did you use the siterubix "Move" button to transfer your siterubix site to your own domain? If so, it will always redirect visitors to your new site. You should just ignore the siterubix site and work on your "real" site (the one that the siterubix site redirects to).
So do I just wait while my site rubix page redirects:?

I want to add items to dropdown menu's but having trouble figuring out exactly how.
You'll find menus under Appearance > Menus. First, you create a new menu and give it a name. Then you'll set where the menu will appear. This will vary depending on your theme. But the common locations are Primary, Top, and Footer.
Once you created your named menu you can add items to it. On the left-side you'll see sections for things Pages, Posts, Custom Links, Post Categories, and Page Categories. Click on one those to expand it, then check the box next to the item (or items) that you want in the menu. Those items will be added to the menu on the right side.
Then you drag those items up or down to set their order. If you want one to be a sub-menu item, you drag it slightly to the right so it's nested underneath an upper menu item.
If you add single items from Pages or Posts, you'll be adding that specific page or post to the menu. This isn't common with blog posts. You wouldn't typically see a manually built menu with every blog post added to it manually.
Instead, you could create post categories, then set the category on the posts when you write them. Then if you add that post category to a menu, the viewer will get all of your posts in that category when they click that menu item.
Does that help?
Adding menus has really been a headache. help?

I'm looking for pics, vids, etc. and don't want to have to worry about copyright issues or anything. Any ideas? Perhaps I missed this part of the training...sorry.
Two other free options are http://gratisography.com/ and http://startupstockphotos.com/.
These sites are both a bit more specialized but they can be useful.
I use pexels.com great site, royalty free and easy to download. Then I use canva.com to personalize all the pictures with a signature or logo.
:-)
www.pixabay.com
I get everything there. You will see the top row is from pay site like shutterstock etc. below that is the free images. they have nearly anything you could want.
Be blessed!
