Hi All,
How can I get a SSL certificate for my website and will that be at additional cost or is it included?
Regards
Christo
It's included but only for premium domain sites, not sites like siterubix.mywebsite.com. Activating is very simple. See the images below
Is a ssl certificate included in the siterubix sites?

Hi All,
I have an existing domain that I used for the past 8 years for an offline business and had about 20 000 visitors on the site thus far. I have not been able to mo
I think if you know your visitors and can bring them to your new site then using your old domain would be a great idea. But if they were random visitors then that's not a great deal to be honest and the number 20.000 is not so impressing. For example, I have between 6.000 -10.000 visits a month and only 200 - 250 visitors take action and 15 - 20 visitors buy from my site. By all this I mean once you've created content for your site you will be able to get 20.000 visits within 2,3 months and that's why using your old domain name is not so important. If you like it then use it. If you think you can buy another much better domain to brand your business then buy a new one.
Use existing domain or new one?

Hi All,
I submitted a support ticket last week to find out whether it will be possible (and how to) move a domain away from WA. Thus far I have not received any feedback
Hi Christo,
Normally, when I create a support ticket I receive a reply within minutes or even seconds. You should check the reply in your private message box. Maybe you did it wrong? I recommend to create another ticket.
Hi Rufat,
Thanks, I found it in my outbox, however, I still have not received any feedback on it. I need to know if it is possible to move a custom domain away from WA and if so, how. This will help me decide whether it is worth it to transfer an existing domain to WA or instead creating a totally new domain in WA. The fact that I receive no answer on this question (yet all my other questions are answered), is not very reassuring with regards to moving my domain to WA.
Regards
Christo
Hi Christo,
In this post ( https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/carson/blog/transferring-your-domains-to-wa-it-s-now-possible) Carson explains how to transfer your domain from other place to WA. Transferring your domain from WA to another place is almost the same procedure. I really don't know why support has not replied. I've been here for over 3 years and have never had problems with support. It was only once. I highly recommend to contact them again and see what happens. Alternatively, you can contact Kyle directly and explain him the situation. I personally buy all my domains here and recommend you to do the same.

Hi All,
Is it possible to transfer a .co.za domain to WA and if so, how much will it be to renew such a domain annually?
Regards
Christo
Sure, you can transfer your domain to WA. You need to pay a renewal price, $13.99. The links that I gave you explain how to do it. Also, you can contact support here https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/websites/support
I don't see why you can't transfer but best to contact WA Tech Support just to be sure.
You could also enquire about any costs at the same time
Hi Robert,
How do I contact Support? I cannot find any place to actually contact them.

Christo

Hi All,
I have an existing domain elsewhere:
(1) How do I transfer it to WA?
(2) If the need arises and I want to transfer a domain I bought on WA away from W
Hi Christo,
These two links will help a lot too. Transferring Your Domains to WA - It's Now Possible! We Have Changed the Domain World for the Better. SiteDomains. If you have any problems with transferring your domain contact support and they will help.
Let me know if you have any questions
Hi Rufat,
Thank you, but still the last question: How do I transfer a domain away from WA?
This will help me determine whether to transfer my existing domain to WA or instead buy a totally new one through WA.

When you're in your new post or page, look to the top right of the main post/page editing box. You'll see two tabs that say "Visual" and "Text." Click the text and paste your code there where you want it to be. Hope that helps!
Did you ever get an answer to this question about transferring a domain away from WA? The thread seems to run on into something totally irrelevant!
Hi Christo,
I am fairly new here however, i would like to share my experience with transferring my domain.
I had brought a domain from 1&1 simply because it was cheaper. I had a bit of an issue transferring it here however.
The domain name usually needs to be 60 days old before you can transfer it (something i did not know)
I went to site rubix and clicked on the domain tab at the top and onto transfer domain. I learned that to transfer a domain to WA there was a $13.99 fee of sorts, so i went right along. After I paid the $13.99 the transfer was unsuccessful due to the fact that it was not 60 days old yet. However, I read kyle's training on how to point my domain from 1&1 here to WA. Theres a few steps you need to take to do this and i will leave the link to his training at the bottom. It took maybe a day or two but finally all signs pointed to WA and i have yet to have a problem with it.
I would assume pointing away from WA would be about the same, but we all know what happens when you assume so dont take my word for it. WA Hosting - Setting Up Your Domain DNS I hope this helped even maybe just a little.
