Do you mean changing your website name? As long as the url remains the same, I don't think it's going to affect your posts.

Hi no changing your title of a page, wont hurt it if you are not getting a lot of traffic or have been ranked for a while in Google, if you have then creating a new page or post would be a better Idea If you are changing the Title of the page, if your just changing a header title no that won't cause any problems.
If you are changing the tile to the page don't forget to change the permalink under it
You need to be careful in doing so. If by changing the page name you also change the url, you need to make sure to redirect the old url to the new one - otherwise it cause a "404 error" (or dead link).
For example, if you original page named is https://abc.com/xyz and you change it to https://abc.com/wxyz, it will affect that particular page if there is no redirection done because if someone click on the original link, he will end up with "404 error" i.e. page not found because the address has changed.
But if you don't change the url, it should be no problem.
As for other posts or pages, they are not affected by the page you have changed.
If you are talking about only one page, the effect should be minimal but if have a lot of them, especially those pages that already have good traffic, you might want to think again before proceed.
