EPP code saying invalid when code is put in for author
I'm just trying to transfer my WA domain to another host. The EPP code that they email is invalid. I'm needing a valid EPP code to continue my transfer.
Could you provide a bit of context?
An EPP code is used when transferring a domain registration from one registrar to another. I've never seen anything for an "Author" entry when doing that.

As I recall, EPP codes must be entered EXACTLY as provided. They are case sensitive and must not have any leading or trailing spaces. Even the slightest variation will cause the code to be rejected. Other than that, if you're certain that you've entered the code correctly, I'd suggest opening a support ticket to have the problem investigated.

All of a sudden, after updating, my website is gone!!
Contact Support immediately, they've usually done a help backup as well-All the Very Best to you!
Sorry to hear this happened! I'm not sure what could have happened, but if you have your site hosted here, I'd recommend going to Site Support which you can find under Websites and Hosting.
Just let them know what the details are when it happened and I'm sure they'll get back to you asap. They've usually been pretty quick to respond in my experience. Plus, they back it up every day if it's hosted here, so I'm sure they should be able to get it back.

This happened to me a few days ago. My main site and it scared the life out of me. I created a support ticked and it was back within an hour. It was gone from my site manager portal as well.
I am so sorry to hear this. I really hope that you backed up your website before updating.
