Information Overload!
Too many ideas. Too many trainings. Too much information.
So.......just stop and listen for a moment.....
Not every training will work for you.
Not every strategy will be suitable to you.
Not every play will speak to your heart.
And.....that is okay! You have to find what is right for YOU!
Think of trainings as opportunities and adventures for learning. See if they speak to you. If they do, look at the trainings as a chance for you to find something compatible so that you can apply it to your own practice.
Not one strategy is a must have. You choose what is best for your life and your business.
Wherever you are in the world, have a fabulous day!!

Thank you, Jude! I think the more we know, the better that we perform. And the better we get through training, the better the opportunity :-)
As we grow within this WA community, the emails are overwhelming. At first, I was trying to respond to all the posts & questions.....but it took up HOURS of my time!! :-) So.....now I go through what is of interest to me and delete the rest. I would love to respond to everything, but it is totally impossible! Take your time......and remember to SMILE!
Thanks dianne, its 4am in Australia and i can't sleep due to overload and working on research for blogs late at night. My mind is still alert. I've decided to focus on one thing, to just write blogs and when im satisfied i have enough content THEN I'll learn & integrate social media.
Overwhelm has to be controlled since it's a trigger to anxiety which stifles concentration and alertness. I've read many newbies are too eager and establish a few affiliate sites then can't keep up. I'm new but taking all the advice from experienced members.
Thank-you for the post.
Too much information can be very stressful. I find that walking away from it all even for a few minutes helps. I go to the gym, go to the agility field with my dogs to practice, have lunch with friends, or even just go for a walk. This gives me time to relax and find balance. I am here to enjoy the journey and try not to get hung up on all the 'stuff'. It would drive me insane!! Take your time. There is no rush, ya know? Then just breathe and relax so you can get some sleep. zzzzzzz
Thanks, Diane ! I REALLY needed your blog today........you must have been reading my mind! All the best, Steve
You're very welcome, Steve! Haha....I always knew that I was a psychic mind reader ;-) Have a fabulous day!!
Diane - Since it appears (based on comments below that almost everyone is feeling the same way today) that you are batting 1000 soooooooo...........How about giving us the winning Mega Billion winning lottery ticket number?
I feel like you, too!! Every day I wonder if I have done enough......too much information and too much stuff to do. But.....It really comes down to balance. I know now that I will do what works for me on that particular day, and then I let the rest go. I am older now and a lot calmer than I used to me. I am all about enjoying life and the whole journey :-)
LOL.........If I get that winning number.....we will all split it and go on a fabulous vacation :-) WooHoo!!!

I see some things, and I don't even know what they are talking about, so I just think, OK, not ready for that one yet! I guess that's kind of where you're going, Diane. Thanks! :)
Exactly! You can only 'do what you can do', if that makes sense. No reason to get high blood pressure over it ;-) Thanks for commenting, Rick!
