Don't Waste Your Time With Internet Marketing
Making money online sounds to good to be true. You see adds all the time about making money with or without a website or perhaps how you can make a 6 figure salary with little or no experience. Do I believe that you can make money online? The answer is YES! I believe all of those claims in the adds that I see.
The reason why I believe it is because there are always a few gifted individuals who just have IT. You know, they have a unique talent and creative inner being that allows them to succeed in ways that most others can only dream about. Then there are the rest of the common folks like you and I.
For us common folks it will take time and effort and more time and more effort. When I say "Don't Waste Your Time With Internet Marketing", what I mean to say is "Don't be like me". Let me explain.
I joined Wealthy Affiliate in 2009 and I created a couple of sub-par websites and posted a decent number of articles in the popular article directories. I did some social bookmarking and minor backlinking. In the beginning I was gung ho and put forth a good effort. However, 4 plus years into this endeavor, I have yet to take full advantage of all of the resources offered here at Wealthy Affiliate.
I have let 4 years go bye and not made the time to utilize the tools and resources available to me. It makes no sense and I recommend that you don't do the same thing. I have signed up for another year and this time I will not make the same mistake. I'm still a firm believer that you can help folks solve a problem and get rewarded for doing so.
For the little time and effort that I put in I'm getting between $175-$200 per month from promoting ebook products. With a concerted effort I don't see any reason why with 10 mini sites I can't be pulling in $1,750-$2,000 per month. Is $2,000 a month enough to quit my day job? No, but it would take care a few of my bills and provide some nice vacation funds.
I will not be wasting my money or time anymore with internet marketing. I will be taking advantage of the resources made available at Wealthy Affiliate and putting forth a focused effort to achieve my online business goals. I hope that you will be doing the same.

Focus on one thing be the best at that and you can make this a full time income. Messing around with IM just won't get you there. You need the resources here. I'm glad you have seen the light.

I love your title. You hooked me with that one. :) I love your attitude and we have pretty much the same story. I sometimes think that some people just have that certain "something" that I don't have. And I bet others think that too.
But, really, we ALL have a certain something. It's just finding the right angle and tapping into it while working it into this business. We are all here for basically the same reason. We know there's something more than working for someone else for the rest of our lives. I think we're all kindred spirits in that way.
