Goals, Aspirations, and Rewards
Hi, Everyone...
Just a short post (I always say that hehe) on the 30,000 foot view of what you are doing here, and then some deep diving into two examples of rewards you can realize for all your efforts with Wealthy Affiliate and your online business.
The reason I am adding this for you all is that as a part of my overall online business effort, I keep up with what other successful marketers are doing...
I am actively observing what they do, how they do it, what makes them successful, and perhaps most importantly WHY they are doing what they do...
I think that by sharing with you, maybe you can pick up on something too...
Here's my take:
Goals
We all create them and hopefully look at them every day...
Aspirations
We know what we want to achieve and know we want to be all we can be...
Rewards
When we have solid goals, a realistic plan to achieve them, attack the tasks contained within the plan regularly, and do this over time, there should be rewards...Right?
Example Of A Reward
I was super inspired today when I saw a facebook post of a mentor of mine who is holding a Mastermind conference in Phuket, Thailand...
He is a 7-figure in annual sales e-commerce marketer...
Talk about beautiful...
Let me show you a couple of screenshots of the setting they are holding their conference in. They have an entire villa, ultramodern and ultra cool location (overlooking the water)...

Why Am I adding This Here?
The reason we are all here is that once we DO achieve a level of success we can also participate in such special programs...
This also brings me to my second example of a reward that YOU can achieve right here within Wealthy Affiliate!
Here's The 'Why'
Did you know...
That Kyle and Carson have a similar conference in Las Vegas each year in January?
Right now you only need to get 100 premium subscribers by 31 December to qualify to attend such an event....
Would getting away from the day to day hum drum be a nice thing?
You betcha!
Bottom Line:
This 100 premium signups is an intermediate goal or reward that you can set for yourself and the conference would be a fun thing/professional developmental one at that.
Meet with like-minded successful entrepreneurs, exchange ideas, relax, and have some fun...Does that sound good to you? It sure does to me!
These kinds of reward events make your work worthwhile, over and above the money making and the building your own business angles...
So my advice is to always have that in mind as you build your online business using the tools and features you have here...
This is just one of the benefits can be for your investment! A nice one too?!

Lovely cool photos. Could use that pool as here, in the south of Spain, we still have 30C.
I have just started with putting a WA banner on both my sites so I do not think I will reach the required 100 but you never know perhaps in 2018.

Good evening to you! Yes it is still well over 30 here too, but our pool is not cooled (or heated) so as the temps come down, the pool water is great at the moment. It will actually get cold in November and December...
Yes, I have so many other pans in the fire at the moment, I doubt I will reach that number of conversions either, it simp,y has not been a focus. It is a goal worth striving for, especially as we have the season of shopping upon us.
I do have a vision of joining the folks that attended the Mastermind Conference pictured though, maybe at the next one. These folks are all 6 to 7 figure e-Commerce shop owners. This is entirely attainable...
Our sales are nowhere close to that level, but they are moving higher, and that is the goal within the next 6 months. It can be done. We may be hampered by a few roadblocks, but are working solutions now for when these occur.
Yes, 2018 is coming and knowing now where you want to be, the things you do right at this moment and over the next 3 months can make that goal possible by the end of 2018. This is the approach we are taking...This is a marathon, not a 100-yard sprint!

Even if the 30C seems nice Spain is drying out. It is getting critical as a lot of water reservoirs are around 30% some have even less than 10%. When the water level drops that much one can walk on the bottom of those lakes. You might even find ruins of whole villages there. I said to Michael I would like to make a trip and take the metal detector. I do hope it will rain soon but the weather people said it might come in Nov.

I have a set of goals on my desktop and as a part of my morning ritual look through them...
I know that may seem a bit much or overkill, but it does help me focus and as I plan the portions of the day that are not already planned...
This helps me make sure that my time is taken up with things that are productive in regards to where I am headed...
But then again, I still use a diary/notebook system, I write things down, use a real pen, and highlight things like I did 40 years ago hehe...
Some would say I need to get with the times and move to all the tools that are now available online. I use these too, but just cannot get myself to give up on what has worked for years...

That is a really nice place they are holding the cinference in. What I likw about this post is the fact, you talked about how if you woke hard and get too your goals you can do things like this. Also if you get those 100 referal then you can go too Vegas, so its nice too see how it could and can motivate people to do even better and strive for more than the minimum. Thanks for sharing

Really there is still 3 months left in the year, so the 100 mark is achievable!

Oh yeah the 100 referal is really possible I agree with that. Anything is possible if you put your mind too it just have to work for it. I hope you get too your goals and thanks I am always doing anything, I can too better me and my situation loving life

Wow! Awesome pictures and view. I am working on my beginner courses here. I am still new here. Right now, I am building my website. Its a challenge for me but, I am excited because it is in the making. Seeing pictures like these keeps my vision going.
