Bux gets a pre-operation surprise
Well, well, well, who would have thought it.
I'm an Ambassador again, honored and just the thing to cheer me up as I get ready for my visit to the hospital and a new battle scar in a few hours. I've never been one for ranking, I just do my own thing and if I can help a few others to find that inner rhino and motivation then I am happy.
The photo is of Merlin, in Glastonbury. A very good friend of mine. He too helps people. I have never known him to be down, he is always having a "magical" day.
And today, my day is magical as well.
Thank you all
Bux

Thank you Tim, and Sharon of course.
If my inane twaddle helps a few people then its been worth while.
Have a great week, enjoy life. How have the first 3 months gone.
Bux
The first 3 months have gone great, especially since the new AI tools were released! Thanks for asking! I've learned a lot, but have tons more to learn.
Your "inane twaddle" is not only helpful, but also humorous at times.
Good luck this week, we will be sending good thoughts your way!
Cheers! Tim
If you can hang on to it until Thursday I will gladly take it off your hands.
I should be back home by then and I doubt I shall feel like venturing out for a KFC or a beer for a few days. Plenty of "soft" food in the freezer ready.
Your best snow collecting mate.

Well done, Bux, a pleasant pre-operation surprise!
It's amazing that we can quickly go up in the rankings with a few comments and posts! I know that you're not one for ranking and that's a great place to be. We can rank well by just naturally blogging and talking about how Wealthy Affiliate experiences, etc, there is no real need to push for ranking!
Once again I hope the surgery goes well.
Have a great day.
Roy
All went well Roy. Sore and aching today, but heck - what did I expect. Two weeks time the stitches will be out and the bruising gone.
Hope you are well.
Bux
I'm really pleased to hear that all went well, Bux! Hopefully, the discomfort will quickly reside! It's great you've had the necessary carried out and are on the road to a quick recovery.
I know you are a man who is a doer, so maybe you can quietly get on with your jobs, which will take you away from the discomfort. I appreciate that may be easier said than done!
All is well on this end, thank you.
Have a great day and take care.
Roy
Thanks Roy. Struggling at the moment, but determined to do things.
I was never very good at lying down and resting.
Bux
That sounds like a great place to be, Bux! It's good to be determined, I have seen too many people go into self-pity, which gets them nowhere! I know that you definitely are not that type of man!
I'm exactly the same, Bux; I kind of find it annoying if I'm not doing something, and I like to jump out of bed and start a new day!
I really hope you have a quick recovery.
Roy
I don't usually set an alarm Roy. I tend to wake up early anyway. But if I know I need to be on the road somewhere for a set time I will set the alarm. When the alarm goes off, I get out of bed. No messing.
I know of many folk who set the alarm 30 minutes earlier and then have a snooze when the alarm sounds. Why are they surprised when they are late for work.
Ciao for now
Bux
