Click on the image, then the pencil. In the image size section there is "custom," you can choose whatever size you want in there.

Thank you! But there is a maximum. I'd like to know how to occupy the entire post. Should I crop/edit the image beforehand? I know my picture isnt wide enough. how do i upload the image in a way where it zooms-in in order to compensate for the extra space or is it an editing issue altogether?
Ah right. I've never done this, but I'd try editing the image first to the size you want then uploading. :)

I'm currently selecting images for my background to create my site. Can i use any picture? Is it plagiarism to just use any pic on Google?
As you progress through your trainings and reach course 2 lesson 5 there is the whole topic of inserting images and finding royalty free images, just have to learn read the licensing restrictions etc.
I'll ad a link here for you for some really good specific training from another WA member who has some great sites for images. Free Images for a Website - Free to Use, No Attribution its a good one... with some really great resources and training. hope this helps.
If you type the phrase free images into the WA search bar at the top of the page, you'll find links to multiple sources of images that you can freely use without getting into copyright violation trouble.
No you have to have the rights to use any digital works found online. Search for public domain images or royalty fee graphics which can be licensed cheap.
No you don't have the right to use any digital works online and you can be sued. Getty images is very aggressive when it comes to chasing people using their images illegally. Google it and you will see people being charged hundreds of thousands of dollars in fines
