Tracking Your Gains Daily!
One thing I like to do each day is to track whatever gains have come to me that particular day. It's something I learned from the Sedona Method basic course. It seems the mind (or ego) is always ready to negate us for one thing or another, no matter how successful we are.
Tracking gains daily can really go along way to remind us that good things are happening to us all the time, even though our egos seem to only focus on the negatives. The interesting thing is that the more you list the positives in your life, the more likely they will occur. Even if you find a dime on the street, write it down. After awhile, you will be on the watch for good things, rather then the next bummer. Give it a try!

So true. Our mind and society tends to focus on the negative. It takes alot of attention to focus on the positive, then it will become natural. I'm still working on it!!!!! Keeping a smile on my face helps.

it does take time, resistance is the real roadblock, the mind just doesn't like to change and will give you a myriad of reasons to stay stuck. i know it may be simple but keeping a daily gratitude list really helps. it's amazing how much this can change your outlook.
