The best way to create drop down menus that I found is to follow this tutorial. It is very easy to understand. How To Create A Drop Down Menu I hope this helps.

Hi Lis - thank you for taking the time to respond to my question. I had a look at the video you recommended. I now think my viewing problem stems from the fact that I am using both an iPad and a laptop. It seems that the mobile device display is different from what I see from a laptop. The menu row is still showing on the main page on the laptop. I think due to the reduced real estate on the iPad display, the items are displayed as a list when I had more than a row of pages. Your help is most appreciated! Cheers Karen

Hi Lis - Thank you so much for your offer to help. The URL is http://lollyd.com/. I am still building my website so if you have any other advice, I would love to hear them. I am thinking of potentially changing the theme but thought it is best to keep to the Omega for the moment so that I can refer to Kyle's example. Regards Karen
Hi Karen, I have moved the conversation to a private message as it is easier to discuss things there. If you look at the top right of this page you will see an envelope in red.
Click on this and when a new screen opens, click on the heading 'Continuing our conversation about the Omega Theme'

You can access the themes from within your WordPress site under the Appearance>Themes section click "add new theme", then search or browse the themes.
Yes and congrats! While in Themes, go to ADD NEW. See Featured, Popular, and New? Click each of those. Find one you like by LIVE PREVIEW. When you like one you want to use, click ACTIVATE.

When you click view results, you should see the number of pages (results), where your keyword is used by potential competitors.
Hi Jerry - I can see a number when I flick to the bottom of the page. It is not showing on top as shown in the tutorial. Thanks for helping!

When you click view results, you should see the number of pages (results), where your keyword is used by potential competitors.

All the advice here and in the training is to use your keyword in the title, this will help you get ranked higher. Here is some training you might find useful. :) Where Do I Put Keywords?
If I am reading correctly, you are asking about using keywords, or not using keywords, in your title. As long as you use you keywords quickly within the first 3 lines or within your first paragraph, you'll be fine!
