A Big Thank You to Site Support!
As some of you may know, I was having some issues trying to verify my site with Google and Bing/Yahoo. I was following all the training videos and doing everything I thought was required. I always thought I was good at following directions, but I must have done something wrong. At the end of the day, when my brain was turning to mush, I was able to see that my site was verified by both Google and Bing/Yahoo. I thought, yes, I'm done!!! But then I went on my site and a line that said "Paste your google webmaster tool verification code here" was showing at the top of my website. I had absolutely no idea how to remove it, and I have an IT background in programming!!!
So this morning, I sent an email to Site Support advising them of my problem, because I didn't know what else to do. Within two minutes, seriously, two minutes, I got an email from them saying that the issue had been resolved!!! I couldn't believe it! I work in the federal government and I'll tell you, IT support does not happen very quickly!!! So, when I received this email from Site Support, especially on a Sunday morning, I was very pleasantly surprised.
So, if you are having any issues with your site and you can't seem to find the solution by asking questions, fire an email off to Site Support. I think you'll be pleasantly surprised!!
Enjoy the rest of your Sunday.

WA is beyond reproach .... you should make the most you can out of this fantastic article, it would be a great 'plus' feature to attract newcomers .... anywhere you go, support is ALWAYS an issue.

In the IT industry it is called... resolving a known issue. Over the last 40+ years I have experienced all forms of IT Both public and private. When a known issue arises even a first day employee can resolve it. Although it cannot be said that they respond professionally they ARE very effective.
Funny, I always thought it was called an undocumented feature! LOL
Good to know, thanks
