I have got my website set up. I am taking a different approach, I am doing more of a personal life blog. I am not doing a how to blog. I am creating value through my story of me losing everything, my job, house , belongings, than when I had employment, my car.
I had every reason to end my life but I did't, not to mention I survived an abusive marriage and an abusive childhood. I am creating a brand through my life story. We shall see if this works. I'm sure your story will help many. Your site is a good start, but quite plain. How are you thinking of monetizing it? I wish you good luck with it!!!
Google Adsense, and I have some affiliate marketing that I am looking into like Target and Amazon. I plan to link A few of my favorite things so they can be clicked on and directly link to amazon. I am an independent distributor for a company so I will tie it in to that.
Oh, I like that MUCH better and that bird graphic really brings home the SOAR! You should take the period off the line underneath it as it's a title. You don't use periods after titles, only question marks or exclamation marks. It's really attractive! Now you just need some ads. Great job!

I have had some rough times myself, more with abusive relationship than the other. Glad you are working things out and wish you the best with your idea. :))
