Frustration Station - Google Plus Suspension
I'm going along, following the training I just watched that Jay did about getting your posts ranked quickly. One of the steps is to post in Google + using your Meta Title and Meta Description.

Suspension warning.
OK, I'm reading around and getting the understanding that #1 they don't like when you post things too quickly together (spamming) and they don't really like make money stuff or wealthy affiliate stuff. (My 2nd post was going to my Wealthy Affiliate review on my blog.)
Fine, they told me to fix it and then resubmit my profile.
But I can't fix it because I can't get to my profile. Because it's suspended.
(Bangs head against wall.)
Then I tried to go to the help forum for Google + but it's on Google + and I can't get to it because I'm suspended.
Goooogggggglllleeeeee. Grrrr.
Anyone have any suggestions? :)

I have has issues with Google as well and all I was doing was trying to redo my header and logo so that it fit properly.
Google is very picky. You can only post one post a day or they look at it like spam.
Click on appeal and as long as you truly have not broken a rule, they will reinstate your account : )

I did click on the appeal button because I can't fix my issue. But perhaps I did break a rule? I'm just not completely sure which one! It's all so vague.

Thanks! I'll get it sorted eventually. Or, I just won't use Google Plus. I don't really like it anyway. I just use it for indexing help.

I really would not know where to start. It is a catch 22.
I have had a few warning from Google Plus so i had to change my approach.
And so far so good.
I only really post when I have written a new post and that is it.

Yes it may help you in moving forward.
I find that Google plus are very sensitive to continuous posting.
I use twitter for that because it does not matter how much you post .

Yes, take it slow! Be careful if you talk about making money or Wealthy Affiliate.

I too have had problems with Google + but if you go to your account you should have an option to email them. I wrote a very apologetic email and had my account re instated

Thanks, Karen! I'll attempt to find the address where i can email them. I guess it can't hurt to beg for forgiveness? (For what, I'm not 100% sure! But I'll beg anyway.)

I never had such a situation, but maybe send an email again asking what to do to stop the account from being suspended.
You might also want to let some time go by to see if the account stops hanging. Good luck.
Happened to me too. I don't think Google Plus likes post with certain keywords or links. You should get an email to submit an appeal. (Lol) and then they will lift the suspension. I wouldn't sweat it too much. I don't mess with Gplus plus anymore when it comes to my posts. BTW...I'm a cat petter too. I traded my job to be one...
I know Google Plus is good for ranking, but sometimes I feel like it's more trouble than it's worth!

Google sucks! In 2006 my Adsense account was taking down without telling me "why". I had to read the rules. That took about 30 minutes and didn't helped me. No way to get it working again. I have life sentence with Google. I think I must have clicked on one of the links in Adsense. If Google can see that, they should not pay me for these clicks. And that is only a few cents for a million dollar company. Besides, I decide where I click, NOT Google. I do things my way, not what Google want. And I have seen many scam products advertised by...Google!
I feel ya! Google is very powerful and they know it. They can just use some algorithm to make you disappear and they don't have to tell you a thing.
