Three Success Mindset Quotes
I have long been a student of the success mindset. It’s a fascinating study. “Success leaves clues,” the gurus say. “Find people who are successful in the arena you want to be successful in and follow in their footsteps,” they say. So, here I am at WA taking their advice and following in the footsteps of those who have gone before me in Affiliate Marketing. My experience to date has been very positive. Everyone has been warm, welcoming, and willing to help. I am grateful and am looking forward to learning more from the vast wealth of your knowledge here on blogging, marketing, and life.
As a newbie at WA I also want to find a way to contribute back to the community. I have decided to start by sharing three quotes on the success mindset, the first being a quote from Earl Nightengale. “A great attitude is not the result of success; success is the result of a great attitude.” I have been listening to Earl Nightengale and Bob Proctor a lot on YouTube lately. According to Bob Proctor Earl Nightengale can be attributed with starting the whole self-improvement industry here in America.
Bob Proctor is a legend in his own right as well. I like his quote, “Start with the end in mind. If you want to become a millionaire, talk like one, act like one, work like one.” I notice something when I look at both of these quotes. Wouldn’t you agree that most of us tend to think our circumstances need to change before we can change? We think, “When my circumstances are better then, my attitude will improve.” Right? But notice in these quotes the order in which change happens. First, I change and then my circumstances change. So, I want to challenge you, no doubt you are working hard on your business. The question is, how hard are you working on yourself? If you’re not yet getting the results you desire, how do you need to grow? For me, I know I need to get out of my comfort zone and master content creation; especially video content. What is it that you need to master in order to take your business to the next level?
I will finish this post with a third quote from Abraham Maslow, “You will either step forward into growth, or you will step backward into safety.” I have decided I am resolutely stepping forward into growth, join me and let’s step forward together into success, shall we?!

Thanks @ JefferyBrown! =) It looks like my spacing is a little off =p But I'll figure it all out as I go =) I posted it the first time without a "cover image"...didn't know what that was until I had published and saw there was no image in the promotional square. Deleted it and started over =) Now I know why people have 2 of the same images on their posts! =) It looks like I need to publish a few more "trial" blogs here on my own profile before I publish to my actual blog to figure it out a bit more. I'm actually working on 2 blog posts right now for my site. But I have made it a little difficult for myself because they are both pretty long and it's proving a bit challenging. I maybe need to chunk them down a bit. Jazzy is helpful in creating an outline....but then I seem to end up with too much content! =p One post is @ 2500 words and the other is pushing 3000 words. What is the max I should start with?? Any tips for this newbie?? =)
Thanks,
Catherine
@ JefferyBrown That's kind of what I was starting to think. Or what about a Part one and Part 2?? I think I remember seeing that on blogs?
@JeffreyBrown I think I found a very good solution to long blog posts. I initially found this video on YT and then I found one of the articles he referred to in his video clip. It makes for a very "clean" page...and as he pointed out in the video...the article also ranked very well on Google. Here are the links:

The strategy may be a little advance yet for this newbie...but it is definitely a worthy goal =)
Cheers!

Oh boy! Have you hit the nail right on the head with these quotes, Catherine. I did a post here sometime ago about the "Fish" Philosophy which is about choosing your attitude for the day. You can read it right here: Choose Your Attitude - The Fish! Philosophy
