how do i delete my profile pics?
Just click on those small images that are below the profile image and it has remove button. You can replace the profile image similar way, add new and the current one will be moved into small images and you can remove it then.

You click on your profile pic top right, select my profile. Click on the small pic, then a new box should come up where you can edit or delete your Picture. It is a white button in the middle at the bottom of the pop up window.

This depends on your site. If you promote specific products of some company you will link to products of course, what else?

Well not all themes give the option of a right sidebar, it's most likely your theme only has a left sidebar.

WA has installed its own spam protection which eliminates the need for either one. In fact, they deactivated the spam protection plugins because they were conflicting with the WA system.

WA has installed its own spam protection which eliminates the need for either one. In fact, they deactivated the spam protection plugins because they were conflicting with the WA system.
